Joanne and Paul are THE BEST. I had a can of beer rupture and leak on my back seat after tossing in a bag. Regular car washes referred me to Diamond Detailing. Joanne said they are booked for 6 weeks but were worried I would have mold develop quickly. They fit me in the next day and fixed the problem at a great price.Definitely coming back for a full detail -amazing service, genuine and honest, fun people. Great pricing.

Just had my truck detailed, they did an unbelievable job. It's like the first day I bought it. Definitely worth every penny, they took time into making sure I would be 100 percent satisfied. Very happy and will definitely be a returning customer

I booked my 2018 Subaru Wrx in for the Platinum Package in November 2022 as I had bad salt stains in the interior foot areas and I have to give the team here a 10/10 rating. They did truly outstanding work, would highly recommend to anyone looking for an auto detailing company in the Guelph Area.

I heard that Diamond Detailing was better than others and cost more. I found that it cost a little bit more than others but the full package was totally worth it. I didn't want to pay a medium price for a job that was not as good as what I could do in an hour. This work was top notch. I was very happy with the excellent level of service from top to bottom.

All I have to say is AMAZING! I was so happy getting my car back after the detail, it looked like a brand new car off of the lot! The service Paul provided me was outstanding! Not only are their services extremely cost-effective, but they go above and beyond. Such a thorough clean and amazing explanation of what they cleaned, I am definitely coming back next year! Thank you once again.

I was very pleased with the colour they were able to get out of my interior. They made it pop in ways I didn't even know was possible. The detailing is really top notch.With that said, I do have a slight issue with the finish in many places.On almost every material/surface there is noticeable streaks.I don't want to take off too many point for this, because it is still clean, but I think it's an avoidable blight. The plastic dash has streaks; not a big deal, the exterior paint has streaks; a little more annoying.The big issue is the glass. There is one smudge / streak right in the middle of the rearview mirror, and I couldn't even get it off with my own microfiber, so whatever the liquid is has dried, and I'll have to clean with product to get it off.I experienced some condensation the day after I got it detailed, and it revealed to me that the front windshield, a place I have been fully unable to clean myself, and has always frustrated me during periods of condensation, still has the same issue. I was hoping the professional cleaners would be able to take care of it, but maybe it's just not possible, maybe my windshield will just always have smudges and streaks.Also, I don't love the drop off at the beginning of the day

Wow!!!!!! Friendly service with outstanding results! Make sure to call and book appt well in advance, the wait is totally worth it! Had our truck done here and we live the country hobby farm life with kids/dogs too, so things get dirty and we hadn't had a detailing done in 2yrs, making it quite a clean up job! Now that we found this place we won't be waiting so long going forward! We had poor experiences from other detailing places/services in the past. So happy to have our truck looking and smelling brand new!! Thank you so much Diamond Detailing!

Paul and Jo-Anne do an amazing job. I use their services at least twice a year and always coming away feeling like I have a new brand new car. Worth the wait and every penny! On a personal note, they are both amazing people to deal with as well.
