Gagnon Towing and Auto Repairs

Just wanted to thank Ian for his excellent service and prompt response over the Thanksgiving weekend last year.We live in Ontario about 5.5 hours away from Chapeau and were visiting for the weekend when our vehicles wheel bearing went. Despite it being the long weekend, Ian still agreed to let us bring the truck by to have a look at it. To our surprise Ian was able to replace it by Tuesday morning which was the day we had originally planned on leaving. Thanks to Ian, there was no delay to our vacation and we did not need to make other arrangements to get back home.I have been meaning to post this review for a long time now, but never got around to it. From now on, If I am visiting Quebec and have issues with my vehicle, I will be sure to use Ian's services and I would recommend him to anyone who needs towing, recovery or vehicle services.

Ian is the best. Period. Always goes above and beyond and the price is always more than fair. 15/10 definitely recommend. Have been coming here for a year with 2 older vehicles, had tons of work done, and all excellent.
