TERRIBLE. Unbelievably CRAP staff. Wait for my bus and I make eye contact with the bus driver as I wall in. I wait and next thing I know I watch him get into the bus in front of me and drive away. I ask staff if the bus that just left was mine and she said yes. She then tries" to reschedule me on the next bus. Says its been cancelled and the next one isn't until another 4 hours. The person beside me says that he's on the bus thats leaving in the next half hour to the same location. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE STAFF CAN'T DO THEIR JOBS. GREYHOUND IS A JOKE. Been on call with them for the last half hour and all of them just lie and don't know what they're doing."

Stay is friendly and knowledgeable. Drivers are accommodating when they can be. I've never had an issue with the Greyhound depot nor the Greyhound Bus.

Greyhound is a cheap travel option. Probably because you might end up spending a few hours in the middle of nowhere on your way to your destination!Relax and enjoy traveling like a tin of sardines, as people pretend not to be drunk, and continually jerk about your headrest as you sleep. If you're lucky, the washroom will be operational, so that you can try to pee in a paint shaker.

This will be your stop for a decent hot meal or some cigarettes. Tim Hortons, A&W and a few other places are just steps away. The gas station is right around the corner to get your tobacco. If you are taking a night bus from Vancouver, this is the last stop for open business. Merritt has a good stop but it will be closed when you get there.

Do you know that south park episodes, where the cable guys exert their arrogance, rubbing their nipples in everyone's faces... the EXACT representation of greyhound Canada. Their online banking page only lets me type 13 out of 16 digits; negating me from being able to purchase online tickets. Only one of their customer service lines goes through (usually to packaging which makes you wait an additional 15 minutes of hold time to get through to the person you originally intended too.) The other two customer services numbers are an old one, which requests you pay (approx.) 3.50$ for the new one. And something about taking a survey about vacations, without any other options...

Well I have traveled from cape Breton island nova Scotia to b.c 5 times . Cape Breton island nova Scotia to ont sask back and forth.grey hound has got to the point after all I seen and hurd even bus drivers say. We need a new national bus line . For passengers again not parcels . And making people wait outside over night in the cold six times. 2 were life scary times . Because of your service from east to west or west to east one bus is not working at all. . And make it derect . Faster . Stop the drivers speeding wow . The close calls to keep your bus on time but make us stand their for hours like cattle at a gate cone on . Someone needs to review grey hound and force them to upgrade this year or out you go .

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bus was right on time both at pickup and dropoff. Bus seats are uncomfortable especially for long trrips at night,, but driver was very safe and smooth, which made it easy for me to relax on those snowy mountain passes.

All toilets but one either unflushed or broken. The clerk ticketed my suitcase incorrectly, though fortunately her colleague fixed it when I came back to ask. Not possible to get the status of your bus's arrival. Poor instructions for those new to traveling by bus. (Drivers were generally great, however.)

They never get back to me on the negligent act they did when I used the service on 5th and 6th November 2016. Totally unprofessional and staff that don't care is spooky! This is my first trip to Canada and what an experience!Driving from Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada to Seattle takes 3 hours by car, but 6 hour on the way there, and 13 hours on the way back! I was prepared for that. What I feel sad about and feeling Canada and the USA have gone backwards on health and safety issues is total shock to my system!!Greyhound had the duty of care when I purchased the return tickets from Chilliwack to Seattle. On Sunday 7th November, the bus arrived the Central Station in Vancouver at 1am. The next bus to Chilliwack only starts at 6am. Instead of providing us a safe shelter to wait as we are under their care till I arrive at Chilliwack, Greyhound turned us out to the streets to fend for ourselves!! This is totally third world and banana republic!! We were told to walk in the dark across the highway to Tim Hortons cafe- a 24 hour Cafe, in competition with McDonalds. The patronage to Tim Hortons consists of homeless who came in to pester customers, and smelly drug addicts who do the same. Instead of taking charge of the situation, the 100% non white workforce just turned a blind eye! This is the worst experience I had encountered in the so called first world!!Greyhound did not reply to my formal complaints at all. What they did was criminal!! Who will make them responsible? It is high time for competition and government regulation!
