Owner scheduled an appointment with me for Friday and then called Friday afternoon to reschedule for Monday but was very sincere and apologetic about it and guaranteed me that Monday would not be a problem and we'll come to a deal for sure. Monday comes and he no calls, no shows, and doesn't return any calls. Very unprofessional and would not recommend using them

Really awesome service! Some months ago I needed a circuit breaker troubleshooting and they were on site at my home the same day. The bill was quite reasonable, too, and the electrician was very polite to my kids and cleaned up very well after himself.

Small negative:The only less than ideal part is that my hot tub job unfortunately was delayed two days... but things happen like this in the pandemic and it was only for a few days, and the job was still done the same week as originally planned (which was within a week of me reaching out in the first place), so things could have been worse for sure.Now for the positives:WO electric wired the home I purchased when it was built initially, and this was the main reason I chose them to do the hot tub. Their work was immaculate!! Ive never seen such clean work. Everything beautifully labelled and organized, both the labels in the panel as well as the cables going into the panel.Also, they were willing to schedule me for my hot tub super fast (literally they came to the job site within one day of my call and scheduled the work for the following week, this probably made a tight squeeze for them and we had the big storm in between which probably factored in my job getting delayed)They also took care to book the ESA inspection. They accepted master card payment online and everything was above board and square. I have absolute full confidence in their work.More over, I met two of their electricians and it was obvious that they are true masters of their craft, very professional and very friendly. Can't complain at all!!!Would definitely hire again for the next job. If you want a trustworthy crew on site, look no further.

We had an emergency situation at our home two weeks ago at 8pm. That night a large piece of farm equipment knocked down a hydro pole and tore down all the Hydro wires into our home (and our neighbour's). When the police and Hydro arrived I was told that we were responsible for the damage caused to our house and the re-hook-up of all wires. I was then tasked with finding an electrician who was licensed with ESA and willing to come to our home at 10pm to start what was going to be an extensive repair lasting the entire night. I was calling my 6th(!) electrical company (after leaving messages with others and having the rest say No) when Tyler from WO Electric pulled into my driveway. My neighbours had called them for their own repairs and Tyler thankfully took our project on as well. His control of the situation, knowledge, and plan for action made me feel immediately comfortable. My husband and I have three small children under the age of 4 and Tyler was able to secure an emergency, but temporary electrical hook-up and we had power again by 4am.Tyler remained in constant contact with me providing me with updates regarding the (next-day) inspection and arrangements with Hydro for a disconnect/reconnect upon final repairs just a week later.I have to say, this emergency situation where I felt so helpless, has turned into such a blessing now that I know I can depend on WO Electric to take care of all of our electrical needs. I would NOT even consider calling any other electrical company in the future! Tyler and his crew have been absolutely amazing and all of the repairs have now been completed and done with proficiency, accuracy, and with our needs being fully considered. We can't say THANK YOU enough!

They didn't come for final inspection paperwork.Last week I received a letter from government that final inspection never done, I was ended to pay another licensed electrician to do the paperwork and finalize the inspection.I asked government agent about the procedure, and who is responsible for final paperwork? \she said that Winchester and Osgood electric was responsible however they said: we couldn't find home owner.?? I was very upset, wondering they find me to pay their invoices in full. Winchester electric didn't honor they duty. Not recommended.
