Poor experience through drive through multiple times by certain employees! Very unprofessional means of greeting customers and and taking orders. Owner should consider taking the time to review customer service protocols with this wonderful group of employees .

This girl is always without a hairnet, working on the line making orders. We as customers does not deserve to get a food item with hairs in it. Pathetic hygiene and cleanliness.This girl needs to be schooled and if she’s a team lead or manager then it’s even worse.If the senior management is seeing the review please take actions don’t wait till a health inspection occurs.

Slowest tim hortons in Canada. I've been coming here for years. It's just getting slower and slower. I can see 4 people by the drive through window, and nobody at the cash register for the non lazy people who can walk.I'd deport everyone at this location.

Mobile service is non existent even if you order 20-30 min before hand. They have 6 people working the 1 person in the drive through and never serve the ppl waiting for their orders. I had to line up like I was placing a new order more than 4 times going to this Tim's. The people placing new orders got served first as well as got their orders!. And here I am waiting for the order I placed 20 min ago and if you ask for help they ignore you. What's the point of ordering ahead here?? None.

Totally ridiculous!! I order large ice latte no ice they give me even not half because I am Chinese And they said it is standard so which means they give more than half with ice. Really bad experience

I'm from the US, and Dunkin donuts has nothing on Tim Hortons. Since this is a gas station, there are no seats to enjoy your TimBits, but the quality was still great and the service is friendly.

This Tim's has gone DOWN HILL as have so many others. Poor food prep./staff training is likely the cause IMO. Two separate occasions, two different food orders and at two different times of the day (different staff) yet still sad results and a terrible excuse for food. I am done with Tim's!!!

The worst place ever, antisanitary, flys on the donuts, wrong with the others, and plus you gonna wait forever for your order. I don't know how they still opened.
