We drove over 2 hours to get there and it was well worth the drive. Zackary is new to Autoflash but his knowledge and customer service is top notch. He made us feel extremely comfortable with our experience.

I don't even know where to start - Vincent and Andrea were awesome to deal with. Quick and efficient and super friendly, as was any of the staff I got to speak to while I was there - and trust me I tested them with a bombshell. Highly recommend getting your used cars here. Can't thank them enough.

At first I thought it was a great place, everyone was very friendly while I was waiting for the rep, but boy do things change fast once the deal is done. It doesn’t deserve a star. I don’t know how they have 5 stars it’s probably their friends and family that have received AMAZING service.The rep Mr. Domenic Noiseux, I had asked if I could have summer tires he say”I’ll see what I can do “ great effort.Can’t believe 3 weeks I have the vehicle and I’m already running into problems, I can just imagine what else they’ve been hiding.There’s a sound I hear when I drive, I’ve been trying to reach Mr. Daniel Presseau all day no answer kept getting his voicemail, last time I called around 5 the receptionist told me “he’s not here today” she’s also lost. She told me to speak to a Michel, him too got his voicemail and no return call back.I feel after the sale is done being IGNORED or maybe they do it on purpose and wait when your warranty expires so they don’t have to fix the problem.I just got the vehicle only 3 weeks I haven’t made more than 100k and I already got the light flashing saying that I need to have an oil change.If you see a vehicle that you like at this dealership please RUN from it, you will save yourself a lot of headaches and REGRET.

Absolutely amazing customer service experience. It was my first time doing business with Autoflash and I don't regret it. I only have good words for 1) William, the sales rep, who made sure that all my questions were answered and gave me some wise advice and 2) Andrea who went above and beyond for me to get my car in 24h. Wonderful experience! The entire team is great! I worked with Mr Vincent in sales and he So kind answered my all questions He went above and beyond to make sure the car was ready for pick up, I’m extremely happy with it. The financing department was also very kind and respectful of my choices! Overall, it was a great experience! I would absolutely recommend purchasing a car from them, I’ve had negative experiences in the past with other dealerships and I am so happy and thankful that this experience was so positive!!
