Kal Tire

I visited Kal Tire Annacis Island branch on the morning of Tuesday July 7, 2020. My vehicle had a tire puncture on the rear side due to a screw or nail, and it was confirmed to be leaking at the Richmond location.Richmond was fully booked that day and the staff said they would not be able to attend to my car until 2-3 hours later. It was suggested that I call and visit Annacis Island location, as they were not as busy that morning.Christina was answering the phone that morning and also assisted me when I arrived at Annacis Island branch. She was helpful, friendly and courteous. I explained my situation (more to come) and that I needed some urgent attention and repair. Why the urgency? My wife was at home experiencing pre-labour symptoms and our due date was not until a week later!I waited about an hour for the service staff, Tommy if I recall correctly, to inspect the tire damage and repair it. It was a nerve wracking hour, as I wanted to get back to my wife and make sure she was doing okay.After the repair was complete, Tommy signed off on the repair and my keys were back with Christina. The repair was performed free of charge and I am so thankful for that helpful gesture.I'd like to say a special thank you to the Christina and Tommy at Kal Tire Annacis Island, and to the gentleman at Kal Tire Richmond who went out of his way to check on my tire with soap and water, despite the busy workload.My wife delivered a healthy baby boy on the afternoon of Tuesday July 7, weighing 3.42 kg.Thank you, Kal Tire for getting us home safely!I'll definitely be back in the future with non-emergency business :)

Great service, good price. I got a flat tire with a nail. They fixed for free. Replaced the 2 tires last month.

Amazing service from the team and Ryan. They were able to squeeze me in today and fix my flat tire. They worked very fast and communicated what was going on throughout the process.

We had an appointment to get a new set of tires on the morning of Aug 3 when the shop was short staffed and extremely busy. Kristina was at the front desk by herself and was calm, efficient and friendly while she did the work of at least 3 other people. She was answering the phone, receiving shipments, guiding vehicles in and out of the bays, and handling walk in customers and all sorts of questions without hesitation. We were impressed watching her work! Kal Tire does quality work and we came back for our third set of tires because of people like Kristina, thankyou and keep it up!

I’m so disappointed the worst manager Ryan I checked in in the morning of last week for an oil change and he said that he have to order it and it’s going to be about an hour. after an hour and half I asked him how much longer for my oil to me here? And then he said oh shoot I forgot to place an order due to busyness and I was waiting in my car watching him being on phone and it was not busy. I have should listen to my brother and never came to this place. Waste it my whole time.Disappointment

Good deals on tires. 4 new tires mounted quickly. Customer service even cancelled some add ons that saved us money but weren't necessary for our vehicle. Good, honest business will be back.

Christina was a huge help in assisting me with my vans flat tire. I was in a huge pinch as I ran over a nail and she helped me as a newer driver come to the shop and did her best to help in every way possible. Thanks again Christina and to your stellar team and top notch customer service!

I stopped by earlier this morning and I have to say the server Christina was amazing. Explained everything super clear, knew exactly what I needed. Also chefs kiss to the chef that cooked me that medium rare alignment. Couldn’t have been more happy with it. I might just Tokyo drift into a curb so I can see this fine service again
