In my opinion, their communication and preparation is sub-par and often non-existent. Although I had a mostly positive outcome I would recommend avoiding Parallax.

My family hired Parallax Paralegal to help address a situation where a neighbour was encroaching on our property line in various ways. Colin helped to write a pointed letter which helped to cool the situation significantly. He was quick to compose the letter, and had it mailed out and delivered by registered mail within a few days. We were very grateful for his hard work, articulate letter and thorough advice, and we would definitely recommend Parallax legal services.

Parallax has helped me on a number of issues related to my business, but the most recent experience was best of course. Colin managed to deal with a scenario that was a HUGE problem for me.
