This place takes customer satisfaction seriously. Had a small concern after their initial frame job and they went completely out of their way to guarantee I was happy with the final product.Shout out to Gina who was amazing to deal with. You simply won’t get customer service like this from larger retailers.

Extremely poor quality framing workI brought two pieces in to be framed, and I should have trusted my first instinct and left without using the service, because the sales lady didn’t seem very knowledgeable when I dropped them off. However, I decided to proceed, and I was shocked at how poorly they were framed when I picked them up. Pictures attached.One item was a wedding invite in an existing frame, and all I wanted them to do was cut the mat to fit the invite better. You can see that the cut job was worse than I could do myself at home, the cuts extend way past the corners and they’ve allowed all kinds of dirt to get in under the frame. It looks way worse than it did before and will need to be redone.The second item was a needlepoint, and I wanted to change the existing frame to a white one. They’ve framed it very crookedly, and on all four sides you can see the tacking edge that is supposed to be hidden but it’s not even straight, it’s completely wonky. The frame itself also appears to be poor quality.I paid nearly $200 for this and it was a complete waste, I will need to get these items reframed elsewhere and just hope the actual art isn’t damaged. Just a terrible job. I was also never emailed when the job was ready and had to follow up to get the items weeks after they were promised.
