Budget Car Rental

A $750 hold remains on your card for up to a week after returning the vehicle. This is not necessary.The location I dealt with needed to be cleaned and there was only one staff which left people waiting. I was left on hold well over 10 mins when I called on the phone as well.The car itself was fine. Not impressed with this location.

Hamza did everything to make my experience easy. The vehicle was clean. I would definitely recommend this business.

The rental procedure is not welcoming, other rental companies like Enterprise offer much more smoother service. The credit card hold is way higher than other competitors with longer than usual hold period. Usually other companies release the credit card holds as soon as the after return inspections are done and the inspection is usually done on the day of return. I had to call the location to release the credit card hold after several days. Budget car rentals will not be my first choice for renting cars in the future. The car collection isn't as good as well.

The staff here were great to deal with despite the issues with the vehicle availability and cleanliness.

They have the worst service. Rented car with less gas, charged extra day without checking their inventory.Had to call multiple times to make them understand for over charges. Worst rental service. Don't go this place.

Excellent customer service, extremely helpful staff that made the whole process, including adding an additional day of rental, easy.The Hyundai Kona chosen for me suited perfectly! I wish I could have kept it permanently! ☺️. I will definitely rent from Budget again (this was the first time I have rented a vehicle), and I have already told some friends and family that this is a good place to rent vehicles from. I am promoting the pre-pay option, as it saved quite a bit. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience! ☺️

Excellent customer service provided by Hamza as he went above and beyond to get me a vehicle I had requested especially during these busy times. Would definitely recommend the downtown Budget location to anyone who's wanting to rent a personalized vehicle as they have many options.

The staff at this site are always professional and efficient. The vehicle cleanliness has improved significantly since 2019. The car was excellent and clean. There was insufficient washer fluid but that didn't pose a huge problem. The office could be a bit cleaner but the professionalism of the staff overshadows those minor details. I'm pleased with my experience.

Booked a rental car to pickup at 5pm and drop off at 5pm the next day. They called me at noon asking if I would pick it up at 3pm as they wanted to close early that day and my rental was the only one left. I said I needed the car till 5pm the next day and they assured me my reservation would be until 5pm and said they would put a note on the reservation. I came in and picked it up at 3pm to help them out as they requested. The man at the desk promised me there would be no issues with returning it at 5pm the next day any I would not be charged any extra as it was their request. I brought it back at 4.30pm the next day and got charged an extra 97.50 on my bill for late return. I called many times and was told the manager would call me back. I even stopped in to try to talk to him and was told he was busy and would call me the next day. Well he never called and I never got my 97.50 back. I would avoid renting from this location
