Dr. Chad is very personable. He makes you feel very comfortable by meeting with you on your first visit to have a little meet and greet session. Dr. Chad explained everything that he was doing and made sure to ask if I had any questions.I had the greatest experience at his office, I definitely recommend his practice to everyone!

The staff is always very kind and accommodating. The dental hygienists are equally kind, very knowledgable, and professional. Dr. Chad thoroughly communicates what's going on with your mouth and teeth, and listens closely to your needs. Their equipment is all new and up to date, greatly improving patient care and efficiency. I am very satisfied with the care that I've had at Fondy Family Dental and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I went for my first appt. feeling nervous as I do at previous dentists. The staff were so kind and explained everything step by step. They were very thorough and made me feel at ease. I left with a detailed plan of my care needed. I highly recommend this practice. You feel so welcomed and in the hands of professionals who truly care.

Amazing staff super friendly! Best I've found in fond du lac! I didn't even have an appointment today called up and they had me come right on in for my scan Dr. Chad is one of the nicest dentist's I've found ever! He doesn't play games like most and it to the point! I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff!

It’s been about 3 years since I’ve been to a dentist. After moving to Fond du Lac, I knew I had to get into a dentist, but there were so many options. I read reviews for a ton of dentist offices and Fondy Family Dental had some of the best reviews. I called and scheduled an appointment but couldn’t get in until August 2023. I got a call yesterday (May 2023) saying they could get me in today due to a cancellation! The ladies at the front desk are so kind and welcoming, on the phone and in person. At the start of the appointment, the doctor and assistant pulled me into a room and talked for awhile to get to know each other. Then the exam came around and they walked me through everything they were doing and why. Honestly, love this dentist. So professional but also very welcoming.

This was only my second visit to Fondy Family Dental but just like the first visit it was a great experience. Dr. Chad was thorough, explained everything and the dental assistant was very good at making sure I understood details about my followup appointments. My hygienist, Amy, is one that I have had for many years prior to changing to Fondy Family Dental. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you!

I have never been to a dentist that I felt so comfortable with. Dr. Chad explains everything before he does it. His equipment is state of the art and staff is helpful and friendly like visiting a friend. You can feel that they really enjoy what they do.

Dr. Chad and his team are absolutely fantastic, I have been seeing them for years and have also brought in my 2 young sons to be seen. They are excellent with them, my 6-yr-old has sensory sensitivity and even he had a great experience and looks forward to his next cleaning. Imagine hearing your kids say they love going to the dentist and asking when they can come back in! Thanks to the Fondy Family team, our dental care has been worry and stress-free. I cannot say enough how much we appreciate their care!

The staff was very friendly and thorough! My hygienist, Michelle, made me feel very comfortable sitting down with me prior to my visit to get to know a little about me and that speaks volumes to the relationships they want with their patients. Dr. Chad was present and engaged. He listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. Highly recommend!

Today was my first time at Fondy Family Dental and everyone was cheerful and welcoming. They were also very professional. I haven’t even been there for a real appointment yet but they were able to get me in to assess what was going on with a problem area. Great service.
