I never give Google reviews but because I was treated so RUDELY, I thought I would post this.. I am very disappointed with the service I received today. Disappointed because one of the staff asked me to wear a mask and I explained to them that I am exempt then Phil asked me for my exemption paper which is ILLEGAL to ask anyone.. He then asked me to wait outside which is VERY RUDE to do to your customers with exemptions.. He came out to give the prescription and asked how do I pay, and when he realized that I didn't have a mask, he asked me to cover my face with the collar of my coat which is a DUMB way to replace mask if they are really following the restrictions.. He didn't sanitized his hands before serving me at the cashier and the debit machine I used.. If I wasn't picking up a prescription or if I was like him RUDE and UNPROFFESSIONAL , I would have just left and told him thanks for the unpleasant service.." Now

I typically deal with Colleen the pharmacist and she is the reason for this review. Everyone there is always helpful however I find Colleen always goes way above and beyond to help and is very informative and helpful. I drive from another town specifically for the level of help and service she gives me. Thanks as always Colleen!

Great experience getting covid booster shot.Walked in and filled out a 1 page form- you need green health card and be eligible such as 70yrs or older and 168 days (24wks) since second dose. Immediately stepped into office by prescription pick up station.Didn't feel a thing. Then pharmacist advised that if I walked accross street to library a free laminated wallet sized qr form was free.

Beautiful store. Great staffing. Very helpful pharmacist. Best drugstore in our little town.They have a lot of other products for sell that has nothing to do with medication.Great place to pick up beautiful gifts for anyone in your life.

Since my last review, I got an intriguing review from someone else so checked them out. I discovered that Hausers do many things for customers in wheelchairs or walkers, etc. I tried them out and, so far, their services have been spot-on. Also, less costly than others doing the same services and they came up with ideas on how to do things that were on my wish list. Impressive. :)I didn't have reason to go into Hausers but I've heard only good things about the place.

By far, Hauser's in Dunnville has been the best pharmacy I've ever used. Pharmacy staff are always knowledgeable and friendly and they have gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions. Their over-the-counter drug prices are quite reasonable for a busy pharmacy, too! They have a quaint gift section to browse through that always has great gift ideas in it and fun stuff for your home. On errand days, I never mind stopping in at Hauser's!

I would just like to say thank you for being the best pharmacy in this town. They have the professionalism and home town feel that all businesses in this town should strive for.Not like REXALL a big conglomerate that has no home town feel and has rude and incompetent pharmacists

I’ve been using this pharmacy forever! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Phil has been there for my family during medical emergencies in the past, always offering support and help. I couldn’t thank him enough! I’ve never had a problem there. I think people need to be a little more understanding, and realize that if they “hurry up”, mistakes could be made, things might overlooked, that could possibly have unthinkable consequences. Them being busy is a good thing. It shows that they’re trusted and respected to have the amount of customers they have.
