I did a phone order today for curbside pick up for the first time, the staff were so friendly and accommodating it was super easy and efficient. Every time I have been to this store the girls working have been great. I have now witnessed two times where customers were so incredibly rude to the staff for reasons beyond their control (like the fact we're in a pandemic). It's so unfortunate people feel the need to treat retail workers this way, must be people who have never worked in the service industry (or maybe they've never worked at all..) Please remember we are ALL experiencing this for the first time and everyone is doing their best to figure out how to navigate this new way of business :)

Regarding this location, whenever you plan on visiting, make certain to a) call first to make sure they're open even during business hours and b) ask them if the particular product you're looking for is in stock. I don't know how many times I've driven all the way over there to find they're out of a particular brand of hair colour, developer, shampoo, conditioner or all of the above.I went there tonight around 5:30 pm when they were supposed to be open until 8 pm, only to find a note on the door stating they were closed with no explanation.I believe it's under new management and none of the old staff are there either.For myself, I'll not be back. Better to either order online or go to Beauty Warehouse on Lundy's Lane & Kalar. Very knowledgeable and friendly there.

Kristy is the absolute best. I went into Sally’s after leaving a salon that completely ruined my hair. I had no idea how to fix it and Kristy was able to tell me exactly what to do. She helped me pick out all of the right products. The best customer service I have ever experienced!!!!

I came in looking for blue hair dye, to dye my beard. The Ladies were sooooo helpful!!!! Lol my beard is the BLUEIST!!!!!!! It's ever been! Thank you soooo much Ladies! See ya next time.

I love the products and the affordable prices. Yesterday, the lady who helped me with finding the best hair color and shampoo is an expert. I colored my hair today and the color and product were exactly as I asked for. I will definitely keep going there.

The employee tori was very helpful and I appreciate her very much she was very kind and got me the products needed. They didn’t have something I was looking for so she recommended a different product and it worked so well. 10/10 would come again

I wish I’d caught the names of the ladies who helped me, cause I would’ve totally told Sally’s to give them both a raise, if you’re reading this! They answered all of my (many) questions in full detail, suggested products based on my needs and on what promotions were going on, and helped me set up my Pro account, despite technical difficulties. Great experience!

Me and my mother went in because I wanted to dye my hair purple. We asked for temporary and she kept pushing permenant dyes to me. While we were deciding on a shade we overheard the two staff making fun of every customer after they left the store. One was young with glasses and had vibrant pink, purple and blue hair and the other was old with a dark, short bob. I do not recommend this location, seeing as these women were so nasty and rude.

A nice little shop with a variety of beauty supplies, prices are good and staff are very helpful. They have a loyalty program that is free to join and they give you a 5 dollar off coupon for doing their survey after a purchase.

I just had a great experience with one of the girls working today, I really wish I had caught her name so I could give her the appreciation she deserves. I came in today with my daughter just to pick up a few nail polishes, to do some nail art.The girl who helped us was so friendly and kind and was very helpful even showing me a few different things which gave me some great ideas. The staff here is always very friendly but after this interaction I had to come and leave a little review to show my appreciation. Thank you for your help today and next time I'll be sure to ask for your name!
