Regal Standard Cleaning

Callam and Sally did a great job. We called them for moving in service. They deep cleaned our house including all areas and they made sure that we are satisfied with their service before they left. I have used the other cleaning services in past , no one can compete these guys. I highly recommend Callam and Sally. I will suggest them to my all friends and family.

11/16/2020:I am a Student at a University and had a flooding problem in my small apartment. It was a mess! I contacted Regal Standard Cleaning early morning and was able to schedule same day (As per availability). The cleaners arrived roughly afternoon 2:00ish. Callum and Sally were very professional, fast and kind hearted people. The clean was amazing! It was as if there wasn't a flooding problem to begin with! Looking forward to using this business again and recommend to my friends.Things I liked -1) Great contact with clients - (Frequent updates if late, site specifics, general updates)2) Flexible Method of Payment - Paid by cash, however was offered to pay by card if needed.3) Post Cleaning Checkup - Callam double checked with me if the cleaning service was done properly. Regal was great to communicate and work with. They were willing to talk about the different packages offered and guide us to making the best choice. They arrived on time and gave us a detailed plan in order to stay out of our way with our work from home schedule. Extremely satisfied with the work done, even provided some tips on doing some of the work ourselves in the future. Would definitely recommend booking with them.

In response to the owners who have said they will respond and resolve their interaction with me as a customer. Let's be clear - they have not responded to the unprofessional way they have dealt with me. They have my cell # and email address if they wanted to resolve this issue. I had emailed them and they did not respond to it. Instead they continue to ghost me" and have not called me directly to resolve this issue. My opinion of the owners of this company remains the same.The owners of this cleaning company were initially very professional. when they started with us. Callum and Sally were awesome! I am a Real Estate Agent and Callum was extremely understanding that I had a very short timeline before new tenants were moving in. I loved how responsive he was and how he was able to accommodate me on such short notice. Not only were Callum and Sally both personal and professional but they did an outstanding job. Sally is absolutely amazing. Completed a renovation deep detailed clean. Was totally transparent and honest with pricing and was detail oriented, they even scrubbed the floors by hand. I called 6 different places regarding cleaning prior to picking Regal Standard Cleaning. There are not enough good things I can say about this company. If you need to have your house cleaned they are the best around.
