Nearly 3 weeks ago after they said it would only be a week , I’ve called many times left many messages and still have no answer to when it will be ready , very unprofessional but the ladies were very nice during the buying process but still no answer on my ring ,

The customer service is amazing! If they don't have what you are looking for they will do everything they can to find it for you. Highly recommend this shop. They also have a nice selection for woman and men.

The owner and staff were amazing. They have an amazing selection and can accommodate anyone. Unfortunately, the price of gold has increased tremendously in which it is out of their control. With their impeccable service, it keeps everyone local.
