I have been a patient of Dr. Gall's for many years for my ear problems and have always found him to be both courteous and excellent in his diagnoses and treatment of my hearing problems. His office staff, particularly Heather, have similarly always been both polite and highly efficient in their patient care duties.My 5 star rating is well deserved in all respects and I highly recommend him and his staff to others who may be seeking the services he offers.

Worst experience with both the receptionist and Dr Esmail. The receptionist was unprofessional and lacked a welcoming face. The doctor was unprofessional with poor attitude. First, I waited to see him for about 10 minutes in the room, then when he was so inpatient and lacked active listening. He even stood after few minutes and at one point had to answer a phone in the middle of the meeting. He spent the rest of the time standing near the door indicating that he wants to leave. Very disgusting, impatient and worst experience ever in a health place.

Dr. Esmail is impatient and unprofessional. I waited for him to come in the room for around 10-15 minutes. When he came, he asked me a few questions and let me go after 5 minutes. He was standing throughout the entire 5 minutes while he was speaking to me. It seemed like as if I was an inconvenience to him and he wanted to leave rather than listening to my concerns. He gave me a diagnosis within those 5 minutes. The diagnosis that he gave me was different from the other diagnosis that I have gotten from 2 other doctors. I knew at that moment that his diagnosis was wrong and he didn’t know what he was talking about. He gave me a diagnosis without putting me through an allergy test or a CT scan. I definitely will not be coming back to him. He clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing.And also,Both the receptionists for Dr. Esmail and Dr. Barker are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. I called a few days before my appointment to confirm the date and time and when I showed up for the appointment they told me during confirming, I was told that my appointment was at a later date and not on the date that I showed up. The receptionist did not apologize for her mistake and just told me to show up for the later date.It’s really unfortunate that they have receptionists working who do not care about patients time and think their health and patience is a joke.

Just had a phone call appointment with Dr Garber. The guy gave me 5 minutes before cutting me off and saying he had to go, good luck.He couldn't have seemed more uninterested in my concerns. This is what Canadian healthcare buys us? What a joke.Edit:whether they saw this and followed up or I jumped the gun, someone did reach out half hour later and heard me out more so it was appreciated.1 star turned to 4 stars.

While I don’t have a specific issue with Dr Garber, I feel the need to share my extremely off putting experience over the past year, leading up to and post surgery with his receptionist Adriahna.To start, she never answers the phone, nor does she return voicemails in a timely manner. Her voicemail says to not leave a 2nd message and to give her 48-72 hours to return your call. Throughout my experience over the last year it has taken her approximately 3 weeks each time to return my voicemails.When she finally does return calls, she has a bad attitude, is always rude and has been dishonest with me on several occasions! From day one of being referred to Dr Garber by another Dr in this office, I have had nothing but issues communicating with Adriahna. She does not seem to be capable of completing simple tasks and has an excuse for everything! Whether it be she was ‘on vacation’ or ‘the office didn’t have stamps to mail requested documents’ or 'the phone lines don't work'If I were made aware of the type of person I would be dealing with prior to seeing this doctor, I would have requested to be referred to someone else. I discussed the communication issues with Dr Garber and he let me know that he would be having a conversation and admitted that they dropped the ball on scheduling my surgery. At that point I felt better that he understood the problem and he told me to call his assistant at HSC to schedule my surgery date, which I did. Moving forward, nothing changed with Adriahna, besides her doing even less of her job and having a worse attitude with me.Post surgery I was told to call the Dr’s office on Monday to schedule an appointment to have my staples removed. Adriahna did not answer the phone, nor return my calls for 17 days! Again, I had to schedule my post op appointment through HSC and when I arrived at the office for my appointment, Adriahna told me that I did not have one scheduled. (she also told this to the next patient who came in)There is very clearly a problem here that needs to be rectified. Patients should not have to jump through hoops for simple things like scheduling appointments. Nor should any patient be treated so rudely by a receptionist. This girl should not have any control over patient’s appointments especially when it comes to booking surgeries as she is either untrained, incompetent or both.Ultimately this reflects poorly on the Dr.Patient’s care should be number 1 and a moody, inept receptionist should not affect this.

Great facility for ENT docs and their support team. I'm always very satisfied with my docs advise and service.

Very disappointed in the service. We were referred and recieved an appointment promptly which was great. Unfortunatley when I called to confirm, I got the answering machine and I left messages stating we would be there for our appointment if anything changed please let me know. Did not hear back so we went all the way to winnipeg and the office was closed. No one around. Six other patients showed up after we did. All with the same letter. I decided this was a mistake and left the letter in the door. Did not hear back from anyone. I live over 3 hours away. I made a special trip with three kids on a single moms wage. And what do you know i recieved the letter stating it was moved to the 17th, two days after the original appointment which was supposed to be on the 7th. No phone call or message from their office to confirm I received the letter with changes. Reception was to rebook 48 patients and 6 showed up. Sorry but no one should have showed up if you had done your job. Not too impressed at all.

Sharon and Dr. Chan are amazing! My son, my mother and my husband all see Dr. Chan. She is a fantastic doctor. I highly recommend her. Sharon, Dr. Chan's assistant is amazing. They make a great team. Thank you to both of you for taking such good care of my family.

Dr. Barker is one of the best. He is patient, knowledgeable and very understanding. I had nasal surgery and was quite nervous about the procedure. Dr. Barker made sure that I understood every step of the procedure, addressed all my concerns and answered my questions in a way that was thorough, direct and understandable for a lay-person. The surgery had a dramatic effect on my life (I sleep better, my breathing is better and I no longer suffer from daily headaches). If you need an ENT doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Barker.

Dr. Chen was so friendly. She was professional, I didn't feel brushed off or rushed and she made me feel like I can get somewhere with my allergies. Her receptionist was also lovely. Looking forward to future visits.
