urban decay, more problems then then can afford to fix, condo fees have gone up 200 in a couple years and the air and water problems remain at large, sick and unhealthy building, this is where old people go to die.

Very nice place, so quiet, confortable!

Older building but nice

This place has some advantages that you may notice at the first look. For example, it is close to the highway or some grocery stores. Also you may have a very beautiful view from your apartment. But there are some important stuff that you will not face until you live in this building.I moved to this building in April 2011. and I am going to explain my bad experiences here in 225 Harvard Pl., which also called Bluevale Tower.Water:Unfortunately, I didn't check the water and my landlady didn't tell me anything about this subject. The water is softened in this building and you cannot drink the water from the tap. You need to grab a bucket, go downstairs to the first floor, fill it with the fresh water and bring it up to your apartment (exactly like your ancestors!). Moreover, the chemical added to the water is very high causing my eyes and skin itching after taking shower.Management:This building is managed by Sanderson.The secretary, Sherry, is very rude. She never answers your question or never helps in any problem, especially if she knows that you are not the owner and you rent the apartment.Elevators:There are only 2 elevators for about 180 units. One of them is usually on service, since people are moving in or out, or buying new furniture. The other one is obviously NOT sufficient for residents. That's why the minimum wait time for the elevator during in morning hours is 5 minutes and sometimes it reaches 10 minutes. (time is money, isn't it?)Endless maintenance:If you enjoy water shut off, parking closure, fire, etc, then you are welcome. Since I moved here, I have seen garage door repair, piping repair, heating system repair, and fire alarm maintenance, each one taking several days.
