A little hidden gem in the heart of Newmarket. We went there for lunch and ordered a sushi set and bento. Portions are good and taste are decent. Sushi and tempura are well made. Would come back again and try out other dishes.

What an incredible find. Hidden on the backside of the building is this gem of a restaurant. From a true authentic feel with a cloth napkin in a ring, real chop sticks, and a bamboo placement - the food was phenomenal. I had an assortment of appetizers, seaweed salad, and Maki rolls including the red dragon. Every piece of food was incredibly delicious with delicate texture and fresh flavour. I was very impressed and will definitely return.The service was great and the gentleman was kind and funny. He pushed us to try the tuna sashimi and I am so glad we did! It was the best I have ever had. 15/10

Wow.Creators of exceptional food recognize each other instantly. This is hands down the best Japanese food I have ever had, anywhere.Our entire meal and experience here was a true work of art. The quality of the food I'm not sure I have had anywhere else, except for what we produce on our farm.If we want sushi and sashimi, we will be driving an hour to Newmarket!

Let me start off by saying that the fish they serve was very fresh and pleasant, the fish itself was a 5 star. However, the sushi rice was too soft and mushy to my liking. Therefore I have to deduct one star. Also, for a Bento that's over 51 dollars it just contained normal fish like salmon, tuna and yellow tail. No uni, or sweet shrimp, or anything out of the ordinary. Although the tuna was blue fin so I won't deduct a point on that.

We dined in and had the Omakase. This quaint little spot has some of the most delicious and fresh sushi and fish you will find in Newmarket. It was so delicious, and we left feeling fantastic. Experience was lovely, we will definitely be back for more!

There are a few sushi places around Newmarket. Some good. This one is the best I ever visited in the whole GTA.One of a few you can have hot sake actially maintain during your meal. That makes a lot of difference.Test is superior to the majority of places.The atmosphere is very authentic and unique.But... pricy. Yet, if you like sushi, and especially sashimi, you must visit that place.

This is an excellent sushi spot! The maki rolls are absolutely scrumptious and bursting with flavor. Every ingredient used is fresh, and the rice is flawlessly prepared, with just the right texture. The wasabi here is top-notch and the high-quality soy sauce complements the sushi beautifully, making for an unforgettable dining experience.

This is a favorite spot of mine that has delicious and authentic Japanese food! The chef is so kind and he's a delight to talk to. The restaurant has such a cozy and welcoming feel to it as well.The food here is so good and I'm always pleased by the quality of it! I'll definitely be coming back; I love this place!
