(edit) they've reduced the size of the wraps since- still excellent, but noticeably smaller than before.Just bought a wrap and a samosa to go, and I'm seriously impressed. Probably the best shawarma (or donair alike) and samosa I've had, period- and while the samosa was rather pricey ($2.50 for 1 chicken samosa) I was surprised to see that the filling was just chicken (curried chicken of some sort) rather than having vegetable or potato fillings mixed in as well.

Definitely the BEST samosas in Toronto! We always return to this joint. They have chicken, beef and cheese but imo chicken still the best (and 50% discount after 5pm). It literally melt in your mouth with combination of spices and herbs, it warms your inside in a good way. Perfect company especially in winter season. You can have them reheated in the spot or take them home and microwave those babies!

Used to be one of my favourites but unfortunately this place has gone downhill as I've had issues with my last few orders. Ordered via Skip and was given a very small portion of beef on my shawarma plate, relative to the price. The menu says this comes with hummus, garlic sauce, and tahini yet none were given either. I also got a chickpea salad that turned out to just be boiled chickpeas...

I used to love this location. They recently changed the wraps that they where using and the new ones are terrible. The wrap isn’t even closed on any end and they serve your takeout with the wrap wide open for all the ingredients to fall out of. Huge waste of time and money, especially when I paid $10 for a wrap I couldn’t eat.

Had the chicken shawarma plate that came with a teeny tiny pita. $13.50+tax for a plate is too expensive. Quantity was just ok but they are too tight with the add-ons like tomatoes or peppers etc that usually compliment the shawarma. Overall taste was just ok. Nothing special. Customer service was ok too.

Food was ok. Very small portion of chicken to rice ratio. Salad was fresh and tasty. Lentil soup was delicious. But the lack of chicken was disappointing. Better than the Bloor location though

I had a quite terrible and unfortunate experience. I placed my order through SkiptheDishes for 1 chicken shawarma plate and falafel wrap combo. Received no chicken in the chicken shawarma plate. I called the store and was informed that they messed up the order and forgotten to put the chicken, and asked me to call tomorrow for a refund to speak with the manager instead. However, when I called again, the next day, I was not able to speak with the manager, but instead spoke to the woman who prepared the food, she told me that she looked through the cctv and put the chicken.Personally, i find it quite hard to believe that she actually have the time or access to scrub the footage over that one order. It sounds quite ridiculous that the delivery driver ate only the chicken from my food, and that is disgusting to accuse someone else just to avoid the responsibility of your own mistake. This is ridiculous. I understand that you guys are busy, but if you forgot to put chicken, just simply say you forgot. Don’t lie and ruin someone’s dinner. It doesn’t sit well knowing that a delivery guy touched my food, when in reality, you just forgot and couldn’t provide the refund. Which is completely understandable, but please don’t lie.

With all due respect, this place is horrific. An absolutely abysmal experience. I rarely write reviews for restaurants but had to for this place because it literally made me sick to my core. Will not be coming back.Totally fooled by the Google rating of this restaurant.
