Super nice every time, food is fairly quick out, and it's always an enjoyable experience.

I was very disappointed and upset that I wasted $65.00 on this place. The mashed potatoes were runny and mixed with the gravy already, the coleslaw was turning brown and the chicken was not crispy nor did it have any flavour. Save your money guys! Not worth it.

Always have good visits. Best chicken around and good environment.

Ordered the 8 pc combo with bombers. Everything was fast and piping hot. We had to eat the chicken with a fork, it was so hot. Bombers were just perfect and the chicken was very crispy and crunchy too. We would highly recommend you give them a try.

Hello, the owner of church’s chicken Haroop from chilliwack just want to say if u give manager position to someone in your store told them how to behave and hold that position and the girl who don’t know how to take order with politely. Don’t make fun of customers also teach them some ethics of work. One more thing provide them name tag also. Worst service ever I get from church’s chicken.

Food is inconsistent . 30 min wait for chicken at a chicken place at dinner time . Forgot portions of the order every visit . Charged for drinks but no drinks arrive . Place has been dirty evertime . Tables sticky and covered in chicken . Garbage overflowing . Lots of staff all conversing with themselves . Ignoring customers inline to talk to young women who were not ordering , apparently just conversing . Food handlers don't seem to be aware of food safe practices , touching their hat and face and then FoodLots of laughing and fun going on with employees who seemed annoyed with having to actually serve customers . Chicken was so hot and greasey that the plastic fork for the warm gross Coleslaw actually melted and the tines splayed and hardened like a spider . Why are there so many staff and complete lack of customer service . Church's in other locations are not this poorly run or staffed . It's as if it's a group of friends hanging out in a dating pool . Surley one of them could scrap the top of the tables or empty the garbage or fill the pop machine . Bags of greasy chicken without a single napkin . Not interested in this location anymore .

Just a dirty location. Tables were dirty I had to wipe it down my self. Floors dirty. The garbage was so full people have to pile their trash on top. 3 staff about 10 minutes of no one walking in the door. The cashier was able to grab a pop but not clean. If I were the owner people would be getting fired.

Consistency is key, my chicken sandwich was great, my wife’s not so much. Hers was not crispy to the point of being soggy. Hopefully they can work on that, making two sandwiches from the same order one would think they’d be the same. Looking forward to trying Churches again, hopefully it will be better for my wife.Great looking building though, clean and well looked after dinning area.Customer service was okay, not super enthusiastic but it was a greeting at least.

Disappointing, my chicken strips weren’t golden - they’re cooked but I don’t think the oil was hot enough to give a golden crust? My partner ordered the 3 piece combo and his chicken was extremely dry. Also we couldn’t taste any seasoning so I think they forgot to put salt on. And the French fries tasted like soggy frozen fries you make at home. The sweet biscuit was good.
