They were clean, careful and completed the work in less than the time promised. They worked with us to find the best ways to route the new condensate drain line in a collaborative process. They cleaned the work area, explained the system, demonstrated its operation and answered all of our operation questions.There was a cosmetic issue with the thermostat, but the support staff acted quickly to replace it. That gives us confidence that further support and maintenance will also be handled well.Very happy with our new system, and our new HVAC service provider. We bought a gas furnace from Air Treatment ClimateCare in 1999. We can't complain that it lasted to 2021. It decided to die on a freezing night (of course, right?). Called Air Treatment ClimateCare, and they had a technician here in hours. Confirmed that it was time for a new furnace. Called the office, and a sales rep was over the next day. We agreed to the quote (didn't shop around, this seemed fair) and were told they could install the next morning. Perfect.Sure enough, a bit after 8 two installers showed up and went to work. By noon, it was done, testing and all. Friendly, professional, cleaned everything up. We're very happy with our high-efficiency furnace. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.PS, in 1999, Denise was our sales person. And again in 2021. We laughed. She says she loves the company. That alone is a testimony.

Air Treatment installed a Fujitsu ductless A/C system for us way back in 2009. Online reviews were much less common then, but the installation and the reliability over the past 9 years has been excellent, prompting me to finally write a review. I just contacted Air Treatment because we need to have two more end-of-life A/C systems replaced in our rambling old Toronto home, and my first choice remains Air Treatment to do the job. Denise is still on the job and has been with the company for a long time, always a good sign.Based on that excellent experience 9 years ago, in 2018 Denise McCormack quoted us for a Fujitsu Ductless Heat Pump, a Payne furnace, and a Payne central air conditioner. It was a huge job in a rambling century home that called for lots of creativity and skill. Scott Bennett (Sr HVAC Engineer) and Derek Gray (HVAC Tech) were brilliant and met every challenge. The workmanship was superb and exceeded expectations. Scott's standards are very high, and he will never take a shortcut or let anything defeat him. The attention to detail and cleanliness were superb. Why couldn't every contractor have the standards of Air Treatment?

On December 21st our furnace stop working so we called Air Treatment within 2 hours they were here fixed the problem in a very professional and responsible way. We must add that Denise is just a super lady who had the furnace installed and kept in touch to make sure things went well. Just a good place to work with and we thank you.

We had contacted another firm fist but the price was a bit higher then we expected. I had then reached out to Air Treatment. I was contacted by Denise who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their quote was better so we proceeded. The installation happened the day they said it was. Professional installers used drop sheets and with coordination with Denise on site made sure the units were installed exactly where they were supposed to. overall a great experience and highly recommended company to hire.

Denise was a pleasure to work with. She explained what was needed to be done and provided a detailed description of our options. They were able to install both our new AC and furnace in timely manner. I would highly recommend her.

We have used Air Treatment for maintenance of our HVAC systems for a long time. We have a very high efficiency hot water boiler for heat and a ductless AC system. The original air conditioning system was installed in 1999 and this fall reached the end of its useful life. Air Treatment responded with a quote and installation plan. The service techs took out the old system and installed the new system over two days. They could not have been more respectful, helpful and thoughtful. Everything was installed on budget and on time. I highly recommend Air Treatment.

Air Treatment Climate Care, (formerly, Air Treatment Heating & Cooling), has been providing me HMVC services since I bought the house in 1982. First they replaced the fuel oil furnance burner with a natural gas burner when natural gas became available in the neigbourhood.  In 2005, the old work horse  had to go and I had ATCC install a new air conditioning and mid efficiency gas furnance combo. After 18 years and only two service calls, the vent motor sounded like a dentist had set up office in my basement. I weighed the cost for replacing just the failing motor (and risk failure of the more expensive blower motor later) and replacing the furnance (and have peace of mind) with a new high efficiency one.Denise who had worked with me 18 years ago understood my needs now; namely put in a unit in a house that has a date with the wrecking ball in a decade or sooner. Her experience in general and particular knowledge of houses in my situation was reassuring. Cost is one thing, but I was concerned with replacing a 90k BTU unit with a 60k BTU unit, albeit one of higher efficiency,  especially when my next door neighbour's house of the same vintage, size and vaulted ceiling design has a 2 stage 75k BTU unit. She guaranteed that the furnace she quoted on would be adequate and put it in writing.  That was more than convincing: that's not just a salesperson's promise, it has the company behind the promise.If the vent motor fails, the furnace would stop working during a week forecasted to be minus double digits during the night.  I was very relieved and glad that ATCC would be able to install the new furnance with two working days' notice.  The two installers showed up on time and even worked through lunch.  The new furnace was working by mid afternoon.  Scott also respected my wish to have the vent and intake pipes at the side of the house rather than out the front. The worksite was left clean and Scott cautioned me that they may have missed some dropped screws which my dog may find. I appreciate the heads up and vacuumed the area to be on the safe side.It's only been three days since the new furnace was installed, but the weather condition has been perfect for testing.  So far so good. And I have Denise's guarantee.  So I highly recommend Air Treatmen Climate Care.
