When I got receipt from email. I found easy trip plan was added without my permission. Do not play game!The truck’s oil level reacts super slow. I filled 3 times and finally after driving a while the level goes up. I over filled by more than double. Why do not fix the problem?

Overcharged us. Hidden fees showed up after returning the vehicle. Trust all the bad reviews.

The U haul company was very misleading because they gave us a 15' truck while we ordered a 10' truck and they told us that was all they had and tried to over charge us for many things plus they were very excessive about telling us that we had to get the phone app for the drop off when they also did not tell us where to return the truck to after we were finished with it, we had already dropped the truck keys to the drop off slot and so we did not have access to the truck we used to write the kilometres travelled lole the app asked for, also the app asked for many excessive details that we did not know because we had returned the keys already before we finally figured the app out. Although the good thing was that the u haul employee did charge us less than the stupid surprise unforseen scam misleading over charges that we encountered, unfortunately that was not enough for me to give them 3 stars because we should definitely not habe been put through all that hell extra hassle firstly. They also told us a surface advertisement of a 1 month free storage though then listed many excessive hurdle conditions that applied to only be eligible for that, please see picture and do not ne fooled / misled by that ~ Roarr!

Great service and close location to my house.

I made a reservation and called to follow up for a same day cargo Van rental and had confirmation that the van would be available. When I arrived I was advised that a cargo van was not available as he had another customer (who was not even there) using it for a 500KM trip, where as my trip was only 3km and probably a half hour. BIG difference and how convenient when you're paying $0.59/km. He said I could have the cube Truck for the same price, which is a joke, as the Cube truck IS already the same price. I explained to the gentleman that I was not comfortable driving that vehicle and I would have reserved that if I needed it and I also didn't understand why I didn't get a phone call to confirm the change? He argued with me and said it was the same thing. It is NOT the same. I am not experienced driving larger vehicles and with the cube truck I can not see through a back window. He offered to send me to another location for the van, (by the way, I was on a time crunch as I had a service elevator booked,) and since I only had to go 3km's from the current location, I asked if he would comp the difference in KM's from both locations. I was told no. He then offered me a van that did not have working signal lights in the back. I said I would take it, but would not cover any costs due to any traffic violations driving the vehicle. After a half hour of waiting and potentially someone over hearing me discuss how I was going to report this, he miraculously had a cargo van for me. In addition I was charged the Safe Trip charge when I did not request it, and purposely did not select it on the online reservation. When asked at the location if I wanted insurance I said yes, and confirmed the amount of $15. At no point did he ask me if I wanted the additional Safe Trip Insurance. I challenged this when I saw my statement and made comments in the online return. The gentleman called me back the next day and argued with me AGAIN that I wanted it.An overall terrible experience. I will NEVER go back to this location What was supposed to be a quick mattress move ended up being a massive ordeal.

The location is not reflecting the U Hual Mobile app services, the store located in a hidden area, very small sign to direct you to the lock box, I spent 30 minutes between app processing and finding the lock box, returning was very bad service, he asked me to go back to the truck and give him the mileage reading, you feel that no professional costumer service, I don't recommend that location, and no more mobile app, it's not user friendly, specifically if you don't have good tech background.

Had quite a disappointing experience from the staffs at the branch. The staff at the customer desk was rude and in fact tried to boss me. He is sleazy and sans basic knowledge of customer management. This is not charity. We pay for the services.

The staff is extremely unprofessional. he yells at customers. Also, since he does everything on his phone, you don't see the actual itemized charges. He added an additional option, that I totally didn't request and only found out about it when I received my bill after it was too late. Avoid if you can.

Such a suspicious little location the hours of operation are not accurate with what is showing online ... maybe head office needs to do a visit for a quality check to bring this upto UHaul standards to par with other location
