One of the worst airlines in the world, starting from their employees at the check in desk to the way they handle baggage’s, my mother’s luggage has been missing for more than a month mine came one week after arrival, I was charged 300 usd for one excess baggage when the price for extra luggage is 100 usd for Air Canada and was give unofficial recipient on my email says I paid only 200 USD. Now they denied my sister to be on her flight which caused her missing connecting flight to Canada. Please don’t wast your money on this trash airline.

Horrible customer service. Booked tickets online in Feb 2020 and upon collection at the office, the ticketing agent made an error and issued the tickets for the wrong date. We were forced to pay for this huge error by purchasing new tickets both ways, despite the error being on KQ's part. Have been emailing back and forth with customer service for 6 months with zero compensation. Will NEVER be travelling with you again.
