Sundial Home ReviewI have been living here for just over 18months. When we moved in there was no home acrosss us built yet, after 1 year of moving in they completed the houses across us and another few months later the house across the street had front lawn. Sundial is now saying that our grass will come next year. They said we will get it this year and now they are saying we will get the grass next year, we aren’t holding our breath but this is very frustrating. I highly do not recommend sundial homes to anyone looking to buy pre construction. Inside the house walls are misaligned due to poor care for details. One wall sticks out 14 inches while the other is 12 inches, we had to hire someone to extend it the extra two inches so what we can put cabinets up. Also in the air return when doing duct cleaning we found a workers leftover lunch, half a sausage, pop can, half eaten sandwich! Sundial homes did not seem to care much and said that they try and be careful as much as possible and apologized. They finally installed the curbs and we are unable to drive into our driveway since the gap between the curb and driveway is so high that it may damage our cars if we drive in and out, so therefore we and our neighbours have been parking on the road. Great place to stay

Visitor parking lot should be available for the visitors. It's been closed for ages now. We're all humans and would like to have friends/family stay overnight sometimes.
