I run a small business and visit this Canada Post location often, the customer service is great! Used to go to the Rexall one nearby before and I’ve switched to this location permanently even tho it’s a little further for me.Samina is so kind and always happy to help!

I mailed my boyfriend a small birthday parcel (size of a greeting card envelope) on May 5, 2020. It still has not arrived. It was mailed to India, so I hope this massive delay is just because of covid, and that it wasn’t lost!?? Of course there was only tracking if I paid an additional $75, so I didn’t purchase that. So I have no idea where his special handmade parcel is :(

This is my main post office. I pick up packages here all the time, and send out a fair number as well. Always been happy here. Their hours are good, the staff seem competent, and the lines never seem very long.

I sent out a package on the 17th of this week, I was asked if I wanted to pay an extra 6 dollars to have the package arrive to its destination in three days! I was now told that the package might arrive later on the 24th! I find this to be unprofessional. If you are not going to complete the service you are offering, then do not offer it at all!..I must note that the customer service was great.

Sometimes okay, sometimes bad. I have 1 year experience. Customer service is still a hit or miss as you can see from the half 5 star reviews and half 1 star reviews.

Always love coming to this location to get my many parcels. The staff are very polite and helpful. I call over all the time and they will take the time to take a look to see if a particular parcel is in and many times I can go over and retrieve it a day sooner than waiting for the pickup card from the postman. They go above and beyond here.

Very poor service. Staff was unwilling to even look for a package of mine when I received the delivery notice. I previously worked as a post office clerk myself and am used to accommodating customers. The lady here is severely lacking of any close to competence in customer service. Suggestion: take your business elsewhere and save the stress.
