HORRIBLE company! Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. I contacted them 10 times and each time it just rang and went to voicemail. I left several voicemails not once was I contacted back. I also sent an email with no response. I used the companies online booking system and scheduled an estimate. I received three confirmation emails for the appt. The day of the appointment no one showed up or called at all! Have not heard a word from this company. Do not use them there are more professional and reliable junk removal companies. Do not waste your money on the groupon either. Check out their Facebook page all of the reviewers had the same issue as I did.

Numerous calls and messages and never got a live voice or call back. Booked an appointment on-line - no one showed up despite receiving an email confirmation of the appointment. Requested a refund from Groupon after 30 minutes on live-chat. Terrible experience.

The pickup time was scheduled for 12 noon and the truck pulled up 15 minutes ahead of schedule. The two fellows were very polite and helped to move a few things out of the way before they removed a very heavy upright piano from a 5th floor retirement home apartment building. They were also very respectful to the seniors returning from their shopping excursion and waited patiently while they exited the bus and gathered their belongings to enter the building. All in all, a GREAT experience and I would definitely use this company again.

Not a great experience. Purchased a groupon but prior to purchasing made sure I could get my preferred date/time. Booked it only to be told by the owner that he could not come for another week after my desired date (due to his online system not working) and instead offered up a friend to do the services for cash instead. Seemed shady. Then had to deal with groupon to try and get my money back which was a huge hassle in and of itself. Ultimately, groupon did refund the money so that's why I gave it two stars.

If I could give them less than one I would! I scheduled them for the weekend to come and pick up the junk I had. No one showed up! I had to come from Guelph to Scarborough. I called and emailed and had not a single response the day they were suppose to come! Extremely poor management! My appointment has been confirmed. I would suggest NOT hiring this company! They are less than responsive and unprofessional!

They were quick, efficient, and polite. They carried a 2'x2'x2' wood burning stove from the 3rd to the backyard with just two men in 5 minutes. It was astounding to see them carry a load that 3 men couldn't do. I have used them twice and will continue to use them in the future.

My son worked for their Mississauga location run by Bryan Mckague. He is still owed 2 weeks pay , and Mckague has not returned any phone calls or texts. It is very frustrating as well as unprofessional. Having to file a complaint with the Ministry of Labour is time consuming. I hope head office is more responsive. I would not use a company that doesnt pay their employees. Sigh.

Made an appointment for 9am on a Thursday and received a message the night before at 7pm that their truck was unavailable and wouldn't be able to make it till Friday at 10am. Called to ask more details and they were less than helpful and weren't at all apologetic. Because we bought a Groupon for this service we can't get a deal and can't get our money back to use a company that has more than one truck.

I scheduled an appointment after purchasing a groupon. Used my last vacation day to stay home from work and no one showed up. I called and left voicemails, no one returned them. DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY"
