We HIGHLY recommend Ontario Pool Coatings!! They totally refurbished our 50 yr old indoor concrete pool, coping and deck surround that needed a major overhaul. The pool was thoroughly prepped, patched and then finished with a thermoplastic coating. The end result is gorgeous! Every step from planning to final cleanup was taken with a commitment to perfection and detail like we have never seen and the communication throughout the 2 1/2 week process was excellent. They worked long hours when unforeseen problems arose and ended their work day when they were satisfied with their work rather than watching the clock. This was most impressive when they were commuting from London to Waterloo daily. We have the highest praise for everyone at Ontario Pool Coating and thank them all sincerely!

We used ontario pool coatings to resurface our concrete pool with epoxy resin. They suggested white and it looks great!

We used them to redo the surface around our pool. Not only was Madison fabulous when working with me to pick a colour, we came up with a custom colour that was perfect for our house. Then the team that came to install were all amazing. Very polite and professional and very hard workers. The whole process was done in two days and we could not be happier with the results. We have had nothing but compliments. We will recommend Ontario Pool Coatings to everyone we know! A great experience all around. I have attached below and after photos. It made a huge difference.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I was impressed from beginning to end. It started with prompt responses and communication from Madison the General Manager. Then continued with hitting deadlines and amazing suggestions from Darren the Owner. The employees would tell me about their daily plans and were super hard workers! I actually miss them being in my yard!The finished product looks amazing. Couldn't have picked a better company to work with!

We want to thank Darren Borland of Ontario Pool Coatings and Phil Rintoul of Rintoul’s Pools and Spas. We have a 16’x32’ rectangular, in-ground swimming pool with a finished depth of 6 1/2’ tapering up to 4’ at the shallow end. The pool structure is concrete with a surface coating of ecoFinish product consisting of an epoxy base then a tinted paint finish applied using blow-torch equipment. Phil installed this pool for us and brought in the ecoFinish senior certified installer in Canada (Canada Pool Coating) who supervised and took part in the application of the ecoFinish product. Flaws in the ecoFinish lining developed within the first year of our pool’s life and worsened. Despite our persistent correspondence with ecoFinish and their Canadian senior certified installer, they provided no support for their product even though it was under warranty. It was left to Phil Rintoul and Darren Borland to provide the needed repairs. They stepped up and put in the effort and hard work to ensure we were looked after by removing the existing pool coating and replacing it with a new Canadian made product. We are very grateful for the time and follow-through Darren and Phil gave us and we recommend them with confidence.

We used Ontario Pool coatings to do a Sierra Stone Install on our concrete deck & an Epoxy Flake in our garage. They hit their promised install date (which is rare these days), no surprises, both turned out even better than we expected. Polite and professional. It has been a few years, I think 5, since Darrin did our Class B public pool. He was professional, polite, and hard working. He still answers my calls in a timely fashion.

Ontario Pool Coatings resurfaced my pool and brought it back to life. The team was hard at work to make sure everything was prepared prior to coating - they did not miss ONE surface crack. They then applied the thermoplastic. Fascinating process. They were organized, worked well together, just know by how they communicated. My backyard was clean after they left. I recommend them!! Ontario Pool Coating has made our pool look amazing! They are a very professional and efficient team. They resurfaced the cement bottom of our pool and applied the thermal plastic coating. We were kept well informed of the progress and extremely happy with results, can't wait to have them back to have rubber surfacing applied around the pool area!Highly recommend this company!
