Love my daughters new summer clothingHowever, I could use a non-discriminatory welcome. There was an Associate (short haired lady) that consistently followed my daughter and I. She even went as far as to point us out to her younger colleague, to which the younger colleague was so much more pleasant, courteous, friendly and PROFESSIONAL.I don’t care for people who want to follow me just because I’m Indigenous. Not to mention on MMIW day. I’m appalled and disappointed people like this judge, assume and racially profile.

I came to the store to exchange an item. The store was supposed to open at 10am as per their store hours. When I arrived there was a sign posted that they wouldn't open until 11am due to unforseen circumstances. A group of us wait outside for 20 minutes past 11am and still no one had come to open the door despite there being a group of staff inside socializing. None of the staff came to let us know that there would be a delay in opening. All of us unfortunately had to leave as we could no longer wait outside in -15 degrees weather with young children. This was a very disappointing experience as I will have to return another day to make my exchange.

I very much enjoy coming here. There is almost always someone there to greet you, if not they check in at some point, which is great.There is one gal there that is super sweet to me and my little one, and really helped me on finding sizes for him and where to find them in the store.Great experience here overall,

I needed to return some items and purchase other clothing and the woman behind the cash was so nice and helpful, and she didn’t make me feel awkward about returning things. And another staff member also went through items to find me the right size. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cute, good quality clothes for a decent price. Great selection and the staff is always friendly and ready to help. Also, easy returns which is key when you're dealing with little people who seem to grow overnight.

The only reason I have this a 4 instead of a 5 is because I couldn't actually purchase anything there. It didn't have exactly what I needed at the time but the selection was vast. I could spend a huge part of the day browsing. The staff were extremely friendly and did their best to help me find what I needed. Prices are on the higher range but everything is great quality.

My first experience here was when an associate (woman, older than 50 with dark hair) was complaining, out loud about children in the store after they accidentally knocked over a pile of t-shirts. These kids were about 6 or 7. It was an accident. She rolled her eyes at me looking for me to agree with her and said they need to be watching what their kids are doing

Average clothing store for kids. If it wasn't for sales Id never shop here. Regular prices are outrageous. Customer service is however excellent. The ladies who work here are very helpful and kind.
