Pristine Waterproofing

Pristine Waterproofing did a complete exterior waterproofing of our Chemong Lake home last summer. We were very pleased with this company. They gave us a full written statement of the procedure showing the method and materials to be used. I studied the available materials and was quite satisfied with the product they used. They use a good quality rubberized coating and not tar. I watched the full process and everything was done as specified. Our basement is now significantly dryer with no sign of any moisture penetration. They dug by hand under the deck so that it didn't need to be removed. They left the site very clean and even helped us to move some larger rocks to help build up our shore.Yes they are a newer company but they know what they are doing and have the right attitude.

We were so pleased with this company. James and his team were so friendly, professional and courteous. We had major foundation leaks in our basement one year ago and everything was fixed quickly and has been wonderful and dry thanks to James and his wonderful team of workmen. I would hire them again in a heartbeat ☺

TL;DR ..Don't waste your time.Called this company and left a message and got no reply. Called back two days later and left another message to which I received a call back 3 days later. James showed up to give me an estimate of the work and a quote for a price. He said to give him 2 weeks and then he will have time to get it done.I waited 2 weeks and did not hear from James. I called and nobody answered. Enormous waste of my time.I called another company and they were at my door in 20 minutes and I told them this story and they guessed Pristine Waterproofing before I mentioned any names. They told me they hear this exact story from a lot of their customers. So don't waste your time.

Initially we were impressed with their website and when we called to schedule an appointment their office appeared to be knowledgeable and friendly.Fast forward to our scheduled appointment for and Pristine was a no show. We thought perhaps they were a bit late and gave them another half hour. After one hour passed, we called. It went straight to voicemail.No return phone call, no explanation, nothing.We suppose it’s best to find out now, before retaining their services because It would have been awful had Pristine no showed during the process.

Piss poor outfit. For starters they waste your time with missed appointments without a car to call customer.

Pristine Waterproofing (James) has been to my property twice to do two separate jobs. Both experiences were 5 star plus quality. The materials used were top quality, the workmanship good, the price was fair. What is most impressive about Pristine was that they stay until the work is completely done and try their best to provide complete customer satisfaction. In this day it is rare to find people who do what they say and try when unforeseen challenges arise to make changes at a fair price never compromising quality. Bravo !

the basement still leaked after job completed , he stopped answering my phone calls so his warranty means nothing and he didn,t clean up his mess after the job which was in the contract , i would not recommend prestine at all

Bad experience. A year after work was done, basement still leaks badly. Paid $6,000 and they refuse to fix the problem, saying it's beyond their scope. Warranty NOT honored! Did not fix foundation. Did not properly pack soil. Bunch of guys with shovels and home depot wall coating. No professional equipement and solutions. Hope to get money back through court (sadly). They rarely answer calls and do not have voice mail. If you're lucky, they'll call you after seeing your number on call display. Stay away!
