Called and got a same-day appointment. Short wait, competent handling of requests, technicians and receptionist were very helpful, knowledgeable, caring. Clear explanations and instructions given. Everyone there assisted me and made sure I was ok! Very clean. In and out in 30 minutes. Thanks so very much!

Not surprised by the low star rating. It is the people / customer service. I stood at the counter in front of a person for 3-4 mins who didn't acknowledge me, say good morning or anything. Finally someone else came out from the back and faced away from me and blurted out something. I didn't even realize they were speaking to me.Then while waiting, I witnessed them telling an elderly lady to just figure out how to email them her requisition 'follow the directions here'. She had no idea how to work her phone. I offered my help and even after the email went through, she told the lady to get her doctor to fax it next time.Just absolutely not friendly or enjoyable atmosphere. Very curt. A smile and a 'good day' goes a long way.

Good when appointment is taken online. It’s clean and tidy. The nurses here are sweet to ask you questions.I was here for a blood work and ECG, it went fine. Instructions are printed clearly on the walls.It’s wheelchair accessible.

Avoid this location at all costs!Incredibly rude and unfriendly front desk staff. The type that do not lift their heads from their paperwork as they speak to you!!Appointments mean absolutely nothing to these people. I approached the staff after 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment and when I asked to find out how much longer, was told there were still a number of people ahead of me at which point I left.These people deserve “zero stars”

First time in lifelabs. I simply needed to get a blood work done. The issue I have is how the staff were communicating with the clients and myself. There were two Filipinos that I find them extremely rude, unprofessional and clearly weren't happy were they worked. Everytime somone needed to ask questions they would yell with a upsetting tone. Nobody wasn't given them a hard time. I'm not sure if its understaffed or what but there was no need to speak to anyone with rudeness if the day gets extremely busy.

Came for my appointment.Waited in front of the receptionist for 10 minutes. She looked at me and continued onto her work along with another lab technicians coming back and forth who ignored me. The least thing you can do is to acknowledge me and take my requisition and ask me to sit down. Horrible attitude, rude, arrogant.There is other people who have way stressful life and job compared to you .

Even 1 star is too good for this place. They are severely understaffed and the staff they have are significantly under-qualified. The Filipino receptionist was so rude and she didn’t seem like she knew how to use a computer. She yelled at me that she wasn’t going to let me in because I didn’t have an appointment. I was only dropping off samples so that hopefully explains how terrible her English is, along with her attention span. I definitely recommend avoiding this place, at least until they hire more staff.

Quick bloodwork and results. No appointment needed; go when it’s not busy. I was out in 10 minutes. I barely felt the needle by the phlebotomist. Calling customer service for my lab visit number took longer, about 20 mins to speak with an agent. Lab results were ready the next day and easily viewed online after creating an account.
