Went in the day before Black Friday to get a phone. Waited more than an hour due to them being understaffed. No issues with the setup.The phone dropped in price the next day on the website and so I returned to get a price correction. I wait nearly an hour of a rep processing it before I'm told that the website failed to mention that there was a minimum plan requirement and I didn't meet it. So I'd either have to change my plan (costing me more overall) or keep the phone at its current price.I'm upset that the website was not clearer about the requirements. I'm upset that the rep did not check those requirements before spending an hour processing it. And I'm upset that they were so understaffed that I had to wait more than 2.5 hours total for a simple transaction.

Best buy is a pretty good store. They carry a lot of brands and seem more active about reducing prices & staying competitive. On this purchase they offered some items we were looking for at reasonable prices. We made our purchase. The service was very good. They offered convenient parking. Would say the traction was satisfactory.

I do hope I've picked the correct Kiosk. I took the escalator at limeridge mall into the food court, and found Chatr a hope skip and a jump from getting off the escalator. I was only looking for a screen protector for my youngest son's phone.. I also needed one. Lucky who worked there was so helpful! Our phones almost looked brand new. Thank you for all the help today

Tiffanie and Shawn from the lime ridge mall location was amazing. Tiffanie took her time to explain and help us with preparing our phones for use. Excellent customer service and very professional. Will definitely return to this location again.
