Lithium One Homes

We purchased a show home from LithiumOne in 2020. The ICF foundation has leaked twice now. They fixed one spot last year, needless to say the rest leaked this year. The lied in our PDS about not knowing there was previous founfdation leaks but then admitted the had CrackMaster come out to repir it, which even CrackMaster admitted doesnt work on ICF. They are dragging their heels fixing it this year and Pacific Home Warranty is taking their time as well. So today, I have contact MLA Mike Morris for help dealing with this unethical company. ALl we want is our home that we paid good money for fixed, but the builder only worries about himslef. He has never even bothered to say a simple sorry.
