ServiceMAXX Windsor - Walker Road

EDIT: Never going to be using this business again. Went in to have front brakes done and was quoted 330$. Staff was cold and rude throughout the entire interaction. When it came time to pay they overcharged me and didnt honour the quote that was given. Staff were also rude to other customers as well in front of me while waiting which made me incredibly uncomfortable. Very disappointed and will not be going back for anything in the future. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Waited longer than I wanted...1st come 1st serve. But they good an excellent job for a great price

I always bring my cars there I have for years and the customer service has always been good and the mechanics have always been honest and fair

The service I had went well. I haven't taken my vehicle yet on the freeway to see if the transmission is fixed properly.My issue was the ones working at the front. I asked if there was free wifi since I'll be here for 5 to 6 hours waiting since they have no shuttle service. I wasadvised by the girl at the front desk ya it's on the window. So I tried many times signing in, and it kept saying no internet service. I looked it up on Google what to do. So it says the hub needs to be rebooted. So I asked if they could reboot their internet so the guest wifi would work. She said no. The guy said it would mess up all our systems. I said it won't mess anything up it will fix what's not working. They said no, we won't do it. To me, that's horrible customer service. All those two did the whole time I was there to watch videos on their phones. The two in the front weren't that friendly or even tried to strike a conversation with customers to be nice. Well, I was told the job would be 5 or 6 hrs max. It took them 3. I asked how it was done so quickly. She said the transmission guy is really good. He's done this so many times that he's a pro. The only ones I really saw working were the mechanics. So for hospitality, I would give it a 2, but for the mechanics, I would say 4/5. I would have liked the mechanic to come out and explain what they did and any caution I should have to give me advice.

They're a bit busy on fridays, but the walk-in service was great and quick, even while waiting with 4 other people. Oil changes are priced fairly, and they don't try to shove alternate charges down your throat like other mechanics

Another great oil change experience at Service Maxx on Monday. Brad and the staff there are exceptionally friendly, honest & prompt in their service time and the pricing is the best in town. Strongly recommend them for all your car care needs.

Paid A LOT of money to have work done and had to bring it back because a seal wasn't put back properly, and because of that I had leaks and when investigated I should have had a new seal put in but old seal was used and not sealed properly. Then to find out later that when I pay for a rebuild of a transmission that a part wasn't replaced because it looked good" and that part that "looked good" wasn't replaced. I paid for a rebuild not to reuse said part. Another issue when apparently under warranty wasn't done correctly I had to pay for labor cost AGAIN. I will never return. I was a loyal customer for years."
