The staffs were very professional and willingly ready to help you find the solution to your concerns. They will even go out of their way to follow-up with you to ensure that you are satisfied.Very nice staffs, like Diana Delory, Emily Dawson, Raj Ahluwalia, Elizabeth Heike just to name a few were all great people to work with. They will make you feel like you are in charge and they are there to give you a smooth ride, with professional guidance in your purchasing process.

I have dealt with different builders before but Empire is amazing . The people work there were able to help me from the beginning and until now two years after getting the house. Specially Pina and the whole teams is amazing.Definitely consider purchasing from them again in future.

This is my first experience with Empire Communities. Prior to this, our only experience was with another builder from whom we purchased our primary residence (and that experience was not-so-good). But with Empire, from the time of signing initial documents to the closing of our house, I have had unbelievably great experience. Everybody at Empire - and especially our Customer Service Associate, Pina Camara - was extremely helpful. A special shoutout to Pina for her amazing promptness and thorough advise on any question or issue I had during this time. I would highly recommend Empire Communities to anybody looking to purchase a new home.

I purchased a home in the Calderwood Community where I am thrilled with the final product, it looks fantastic.I want to thank the sales team, decor team, PDI team along with my customer care coordinator, Sharon Clarke! All parties were excellent to deal with making the start to finish process a great one. I highly recommend Empire Communities if you are looking for a brand new home!

After narrowing down our choice to one builder, Empire has not disappointed us with their responsiveness and customer care. The sales consultant team were very patient and kept us updated with any new information. From the sales consultant to customer care team, they are always quick to respond to any inquiries and questions regarding our home. The only area that I would suggest that needs work is their decor team. While everyone was pleasant to talk to/deal with, their response time to email or questions is incomparable to the previous teams. Overall, it didn't take too much away from the experience and review will be updated upon completion of our home.

I purchased my house at the Empire Victory project and this review is specifically for Ann-Marie Barnett who is a Customer Care Associate working for Empire Communities. It has been such a joy to work with Ann-Marie! She is very responsive, prompt, did follow-ups [on her own without me ever asking] and kept me up to date on any inquiries that I ever made!
