They have been working so hard to serve the pet owners of Alexandria i always have such lovely convos and they always have what I need. However during the switch to telephone Ordering for covid 19 a new employee was hired and she was very rude, disrespectful and almost refused to assist me. I was confused on how I was going to pay for my bunny food if they only took visas over the phone so I was attempting to gather more information. I had to be an inconvenience so I apologized about 15 times.She may have had a long day by this but she was short with me and hung up on me 2x until I spoke to a manager and she assisted me and my bunnys didn't go hungry. While I was picking up my food the unhelpful employee stared me down the entire time and it was super uncomfortable. Now everything I go in she gives me the stink eye.Thank you to the employees for working hard during this trying time. My 4 cats , 5 dogs and 2 bunnies thank you!

Great staff and products. Can be a little pricey but expected for better quality bits. Staff are super knowledgeable and kind with the kids taking time to give great advice.

I love the staff, and their knowledge. My dog loves going for his visits with some of his favorite people.
