I had an awesome experience at Mattress Mattress... Matt and Shelley were extremely friendly, kind and so helpful. Both were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain different things to me about the beds. Never once did I feel pressured into buying something.... that didnt feel right for me. They felt like friends trying to help me buy a bed that was in my best interests and not a sales associate just trying to make a sale. Matt and Shelley truly went above and beyond helping me. I would highly recommend this store to everyone and will definitely go back for future purchases. Thank you Matt and Shelley.

We bought our mattress and adjustable bed frame from here and were thrilled with the selection. The staff are also friendly and helpful. When he had an issue with our controller several months afterwards, Shelley promptly assisted us and got things resolved fast. Highly recommend this place.

Jasmine was extremely helpful! I went to two other stores to compare after my first stop, I may have even purchased at one if she hadn't done such a good job when I started my search at Mattress Mattress. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend anyone searching for a mattress to go see her.

Had a great experience buying a mattress here. Shelley provided excellent service and provided us with so much information prior to making our decision. She didn’t pressure us to make a purchase immediately. The delivery service was very good as well.

Well we went looking for new mattress in Regins and this was our last store we looked at. Matt salesman was the best.. Honest friendly informative and was able to show us the perfect one. Price was excellent . would and will shop there again

I had the best mattress shopping experience here; it was honestly enjoyable (in my experience mattress shopping is not usually enjoyable!). Jasmine was friendly and helpful, while still giving us enough space and time to think things over. We had been looking for a new mattress on and off for a long time, and were very close to purchasing one twice, but put it off because of the pushy sales tactics and hovering that we kept encountering at other mattress stores.Jasmine was kind and considerate of our budget. She was a joy to talk to. She mentioned that she had price matched the mattress we bought after she found a lower price online. I am glad we went here instead of trying Sleep Country again, or The Brick, and I look forward to the next time I need something bed related!

The sales manager Shelly showed incredible patience and kindness and genuine concern in finding my wife and I a new mattress and adjustable base that would facilitate good sleep health. Just as the adjustable bed had a vibration control that made me feel like a new person and a zero gravity feature that was ever so calming Shelly's presentation gave me hope in finding a good mattress to enjoy many nights of good sleep. We got way more than a mattress and adjustable base at mattress mattress rather a master class in how to take care of 1/3 of our lives. Thank you Shelly

The staff here are absolutely wonderful! Shelley took so much time explaining things and showing us various models. She’s extremely knowledgeable and straightforward. She guided us towards the best purchase for our needs. And pricing was very fair with great discounts going on with current promotions. I was so overwhelmed by the thought of mattress shopping. We had purchased an Endy last year and were very unhappy with it. I didn’t even know where to start but started Googling and saw the great reviews for Mattress Mattress and their page explaining how they are zero pressure environment and will educate you on beds and they sure do! There was zero need to shop around as they give you best pricing of all competitors. We picked up the bed right in town same day and set it up that night! (Was just last night actually). Anyways awesome experience highly recommend going here and saving yourself frustration and hassle of trying to shop around!! Thanks so much for the great friendly service!

The store has a large selection for people with all types of needs and preferences. I would definitely recommend this store.The employees are amazing. Jasmine Potter was incredibly helpful and patient. She made sure I got the right mattress for all of my, and my partners, needs. Sales people at other mattress stores can be pushy, but my experience at Mattress Mattress was the complete opposite. They even did some online research to make sure I was getting the right bed! It was obvious to me that their goal wasn't a sale, what they wanted was to make sure I got exactly what I needed!
