DO NOT GO HERE FOR HAIR BLEACH!!!!! I went to here to bleached my hair and it has been almost a year but my hair still suffering from this experience.First of all, staff were nice. But the service is absolutely terrible. I understood I was taking a risk by bleaching my dark hair but the hair stylist:- Did not apply Olaplex products 2nd time even tho I asked for it and I paid extra for that too.- Did not wash my hair between bleach sessions which lead to serious chemical burn on my scalpI did not say anything back then because I thought I was wrong for choosing them but I’m writing this review to warn whoever want to get their hair done here to be careful with what they were doing. It was cheap, I got what I paid for. But I bleached my hair by myself before and it has never been this bad….I have lost more than 30% of my hair since. I have never experienced hai knots before but my hair now is a giant knots and take me hour to undo them. Absolutely terrible place for your hair. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

I went in as a walk in at 1130pm, I explained I work at 1pm and wanted a full set. The owner I assume said no problem, 15 minutes and pick out your colour. I sat there for 25 minutes without being acknowledged. I understand it was a last minute thing but I would have much rather them say no as I can’t be late to work and could have gone elsewhere. I’m not impressed. I got up and left as time was precious.

I have been two e now for my hair and both experiences were beyond great. The staff are so friendly. My hair turned out better than I had hoped and I left feeling amazing. On top of that, they go out of their way to avoid you wasting your money. I had gotten my hair dyed but also wanted a permanent straightening and they advised me to wait so as to not waste my money on the dye job whereas most places would just take your money and run. They are so professional and good at what they do. Highly recommend

My nails turned out great. The establishment is very nice and relaxing. They even give you a bottle of water and a little container of chocolate and nuts.

Love love love this place. Moved from Mississauga a few months ago and needed to find my “to go” salon for hair and nails. The owner is a wonderful lady who did my highlights, colour and cut nicely. I was worried as I have some white hair, older colour gone brassy so a lot to be fixed. She fixed it WITHOUT damaging my hair. My nails look nice as well as they do a great job over there. Their eyebrows threading is the best.Highly recommended ❤️❤️
