Ontario Shake N'Tile

Kassel & Irons produces a very nice steel shingles but they do not help you when you have a warranty issue. Their network of independent dealers such as Ontario Shake N'Tile are the ones that decide of the after installation warranty in which in my case was none existent. This company did not install property the product and then find excuses for not fulfilling the warranty. I would STAY AWAY from this company and their product as you are left by yourself with a warranty that is worthless. Called numerous times both this company and this independent dealer and received no service. STAY AWAY, find a company that value their customers and their work, once you pay, Ontario Shake N'Tile disappears giving you no-follow up and you are left to pay a third party to correct the problem, their warranty is a total joke.

As most people have mentioned, terrible follow up!!!We did business with an affiliate, called Toitures Suprêmes du Québec, et we've been trying to get in touch with them since March 2019. No one ever calls back!We need to get repairs done, for an ice guard that was completely torn off the roof, another that broke in half, and also to follow up on the fact that despite all the promises, a lot of snow fell on our car shelter and completely destroyed it.May it be Ontario Shake N Tile or any affiliates, the follow up service is just terrible. Think twice before doing business with any of them!!!

Anyone planning on having a metal roof installed do yourself a favour and use any company other than Ontario Shake N Tile from Toronto. Five years ago they installed a roof on the Parish Rectory in Bedford Ontario. It leaked the first rainstorm. Five years later and numerous phone calls they have yet to repair the roof. Nothing but excuses.

Great roof - terrible follow up. If you ever have issues with your install - good luck getting any sort of response from them! Have had ongoing issues with my ridge vent leaking. Reported yet another issue in mid April. It's now June and several emails and calls later, nobody has reached out to discuss the issue, compensation for damages or timeline to repair!

The install crews arrived at my home a little later in the morning than we had expected, however, they went straight to work, worked through lunch and continued to just before dusk when they completed. The crew was professional and was careful to avoid damaging my plants around my home and took care to place tarps to catch most of the shingles, nails and scraps from the old roof. Our new Kasselwood roof looks amazing.Great communication from point of sale to installation.

If you want to be treated as less than dirt, call these guys! They will make you feel valued as a customer - by writing you off as quickly as you came. Don't worry, apparently they have many customers just as unaware - otherwise I can't imagine how they manage to continue getting away with it. Want an estimate before committing? Prepare to be pressured. Any concerns about the project? Consider it blown aside. Want some assurances? Sorry, they don't have the time.I would implore anyone checking out this company to look elsewhere.

We had our roof replaced by Ontario Shake N' Tile and are very pleased with the product.Follow up service sucks!! We have called on several occasions to have more snow guards installed and one small section of the roof redone that was not in the original project.There has been no follow up service. Makes me wonder what would happen if we ever had a claim??Based on follow up service, I would not recommend this company!

Attempted to contact them three times about an ongoing issue only to be ignored.They were out one last year to fix" a poor install that caused a leak

I have made several attempt to get this roofing for a small job, a 10' X14' roof on an outdoor Kitchen. After several e-mails, that I can post if requested, I received a couple stating that a quote is coming but I have not received it nor a response to my last e-mail. I believe the product is far superior to other roofing on the market but the process to get it is proving to be very frustrating. Perhaps someone else at the company can help?

Outstanding, professional, honest company. We were so pleased with the ease of the way Ontario Shake N Tile took care of everything. They followed through with every detail and the staff was in communication with us on the timing and execution and crew chief sent pictures while I was at work! I highly recommend this company for your last roof. They know what they are doing!
