Great experience from the first phone call to the picking up of the bait boxes several weeks later. Got good advice on how to make the property less attractive to voles seeking new homes. Would recommend to anyone else with vole problems (or any other varmints they don't want around).

We have been really happy with Lavellan. We live in an older community, thus rodents (squirrels and mice in particular) tend to enjoy all of the nooks and crannies to set up a warm home for the winter. With recent tear down of older homes near us, we noticed the signs of mice and called Lavellan right away. The issue was pretty much solved in a few visits with a couple traps and since then they haven't been back. They are always on time and happy to answer any questions we have. We will definitely use them again if/when needed.

Andrew Collins was who we dealt with in regard to our rodent infestation. It was a terrible situation that I thought was a lost cause. He was incredibly patient, helpful and professional. Andrew and James are the best. Responsive to all of our questions, no matter the time. They had our home done quickly and are the only company to offer a six month warranty. James was one of two quotes I received for a squirrel infestation in my attic. Right away, James had the advantage - he was lovely to chat with on the phone and very knowledgeable on the issue I was describing. I'm a new homeowner and had never had to deal with pests. He took the time to explain how the critters worked and how to mitigate the issue. He provided an initial quote over the phone that was subject to change after the in-person inspection. James came to my home the next day to complete the inspection at the time he indicated the day before. He identified two additional entry/exit points the other company did not and had quoted a lower price. Because of this, his services were selected. James came back the following day to install the prevention methods in the entry/exit points. James definitely did a great job with the installation - after he left I could hear the little jerks trying to break in again but they were unsuccessful. Within three days, all the squirrel sounds and sightings stopped and they seem to have gone away for good. I have peace of mind because James' guarantees his work too! Not only was James extremely good at his job, he was also wonderful to deal with. He was warm, professional and had quick response times. His prices are great and the work he does is even better! Would recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable pest control.
