Needed a retourqe and stopped in expecting to have to wait until a mechanic was free but they had someone run out to my truck quickly and take care of it. The whole experience was about 5 minutes and I was back on the 401. Really great people here.

Our truck broke down and Matt in service was right on top of the situation,he even went as far as to make sure my driver was taken to a hotel and restaurant area to stay overnight until parts arrived . Matt also picked my driver up in the morning and brought him back to dealer and shortly after he was back on the road. The owner of this dealership should be very proud to give this kind of service....its rare ! Thanks again Randy.

Bought brand new dump truck that is speced wrong and did not notice till I went to do job than my sales man quit and have not got any help since. Just a $221000 dollar learning exsperance with peterbuilt and Gincor. Ps this has nothing to do with service counter. Shawn Mcmillan. So you say you brought this to the attention of your service team no phone call yet????? No surprise.

Was towed in overnight and was serviced promptly in the morning.Staff is friendly and helpful.I will return when I am in the area and in need of service !!I highly recommend visiting this Peterbilt dealership if you are in the area.

My 386 had some wiring issues, derate mode.Crawled my way to this amazing repair shop! Techs took care of my truck and I was out within a couple of hours back on the road.I want to especially recognize Jen, I had nothing to eat and with not much around town, I approached her to find out what my options were when it came to filling my stomach. She was kind enough to offer me some pizza that her team had ordered. This in my books goes a long way! Thank you very much!Highly recommend the Cervus Team in Cardinal!
