I needed a new leather band for my watch.They literally had thousands on hand to choose from.The nice gentleman replaced it in 2 min and it costed me a very reasonable $30.00.Overall the experience was flawless.These guys are clearly well equipped and experienced experts with watches and clocks.Thank you for your good service.

My husband inherited a flying Scotsman coo coo clock from his father. My husband's father loved trains and this clock was very special to him. The memories we had with dad and the coo coo clock were many and always amusing. After my husband lost both his parents within 4 years the clock finally found its way to our home, however when it arrived the clock kept time but the conductor and train did not come out on the hour. We were sad especially my husband, I decided to get this clock fixed. I found Global Diamonds and when I told the gentleman the problem he said no he can't fix it, I was devastated and began to cry. The gentleman told me he would take the clock and try to fix it. It took a while but the clock was fixed and on a rainy day the sun was shining in that shop. I would have been sent away from other shops but not from this shop. This gentleman tried and succeeded we will never forget the kindness and understanding we received. At Global Diamonds you are not just a number you are family. Thank you so very much we are eternally grateful.

Took 2 watches I needed fixed dropped off at 11:00 and picked up at 2:00 the same day both are fixed and are back to the original condition total for it was 45$ for both very reasonable price and love the service this is a good shop to go to if you have a watch or clock fixed 10/10 service

They people in the shop were very kind. However I feel a bit cheated that I was charged 180.00 for a part for my mantel that cost about 30.00 and then the cover was put back on with double sided tape. Not sure how thats a good idea. But live and learn. I should have made a better choice.

Had Shameel come out to fix my Grandfather clock. He took the mechanism and let me know within a week that it was toast. Got me a good price on a replacement from Germany. Took awhile to ship because of Covid but once he got it in and running with my weights and pendulum he came back and installed it and it's been working like a top. Very happy. Thank you!

I must express my profound dissatisfaction with the services rendered by the watch repair shop known as Global Diamonds.I visited Global Diamonds to have the acrylic glass on my running pocket watch properly attached. However, when I returned the next day, I noticed that my pocket watch was no longer running. Upon informing the owner of the shop, he refused to acknowledge that the watch was running when I brought it in and also denied showing me any video evidence he may have had. I am extremely disappointed as I only came in for a simple repair, and now my watch is completely non-functional. It feels like I brought in a a car for a wind shield repair and left with out an engine.I was met with a dismissive and uncivil response, as if my concerns were of no consequence. It is a sad state of affairs when a business so shamelessly disregards the value of their customers' property, no and I can only advise others to steer clear of this disreputable establishment.

Got two watches fixed there, i had one had a battery and hand fixed on one, and glass fixed on the other, total was 90$ for about 20 minutes of small repairs. Can see glue residue on the one and now the glass has popped out. Didn’t even clean the glass logged Inside from the broken one last time. Said the glass fit but looked so risen up. I will be going to the shop to complain when I get back to Calgary and taking my watches to be fixed by someone more sure and experienced.

There is no “-“ stars for this business so will give a one star. I don’t know about his (Moe) knowledge of diamonds but do not take any clock repairs to him! He is a total rip off. He will charge much more than required and is very careless! He lost the key to our 100 year old clock and also the red monthly hand. It’s understandable when you see the mess in the store.

Do Not! Ever Ever use Global Diamonds to have your watch repaired or have your watch battery replaced. Which should be pretty simple!I took my GUCCI watch in for a battery replacement and the guy there (Moe) said; he was SWISS Certified in Watch repair as he fumbled to take the back cover of my watch off which started to cause me concern, but against my better judgement I allowed him to proceed. What a MISTAKE!!!!!! Well I think he got his certification from cracker jacks"

I met Mo yesterday when I took my old watch in to get a new bracelet and battery for it. He gave me a very good deal on the bracelet and replaced the batteries in two of my watches. He dropped what he was doing and attended to my requests immediately, while I waited in the store. He was very professional and yet very kind at the same time. I was happy that I gave him my business and would definitely recommend his shop for all your jewelry needs.
