Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hinton, an IHG Hotel

I must say that Lucy; the staff member that was working the breakfast area when my child and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites on April 1 & 2, 2023 was truly incredible, going above and beyond for all of us as guests. Thank you for the hard work you do and to do it with a smile yet, is a gift. Also, the front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating and overall it was a good stay.The room was good but the fridge still had left over food in it from previous occupants however, we were taken care of and the situation was rectified.Thank you for the getaway that didn’t “break the bank”.

Booked 2 rooms for 5 people and it was beyond comfortable! Everything was absolutely top notch. I rated this hotel 5 stars because we experienced great service, pristine rooms, a decent breakfast selection to kick start your day. Check in and check out process was also seamless. I would absolutely stay back at this hotel again.Some of the guests that stayed while we were here were ridiculous - they were rude, messy and very obnoxious. I’m saying this to say that despite what some guests were throwing at them, the staff at the hotel were professional and very courteous. Well done, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hinton.One thing I found was that wifi was a bit choppy but still functional. Only feedback would be to separate the breakfast area from the computer/business area because during breakfast hours it is practically impossible to have a quiet space or work.

Stayed here for some time during my Jasper trip. Excellent hotel and perfect services.Staff is good and friendly and housekeeping is the best.Rooms are big and spacious. Ample parking space. Morning Breakfast is good and filling. Though A couple more options won’t have hurt.Pool and Waterslide made it awesome. Kids loved it.The only downside is this is 1 hour drive away from Jasper town or any other main attraction. Only one Indian restaurant around however I didn’t try that. If you are okay with this, this hotel is the best place to stay for your visit.Recommended!

Gross experience thus far. First room given to us had socks and underwear in the bathroom from previous guests, how gross is that?!?!?. Second room given to us without even an apology. Second room had food on the floor. Not too convinced that these rooms are being cleaned. Third room has no socks and underwear in the bathroom or food on the floor from previous guests, I guess it's door number 3 for the win. I expect better from this hotel.

The hotel is in Hinton and stayed here on our visit to Jasper. Jasper is an hour away from this hotel.The room we booked had 2 queen beds. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were big with modern decor and were clean. The bathroom was also big in size.The hotel has a small gym with treadmills, an elliptical machine, a bench, and an adjustable dumbbell. Adjoining the gym, there is an indoor pool with slide and a hot tub.The front staff was pleasant to interact with as they were soft-spoken and cordial. The service provided by them was above par. The breakfast buffet was included in the stay.This hotel is a little far away from Jasper, but the service provided makes it a good place for a stop over.
