Raw Chicken served to me, I got sick from the seafood salad. The fish is left out all night for days. Disgusting place. Girl in the deli caught picking her nose and eating it... EWWw

Poor quality, high prices. I can't believe the condition of some of the food they put out for sale - always rotting fruits and vegetables. Walmart consistently has better quality, not to mention prices. I have purchased cryo-packed meat from here more than once (ham, ribs) which were not passed the expiration date but obviously spoiled - likely by poor storage practices. Carts are also never stocked. Can't wait to have more options in town

Update your online store hours. Says open until 8pm Saturday’s. Arrived at 605pm and met by worker outside who said closes now at 6pm.

I'm not a local, but I have shopped here a few times. The store has always been clean, and well stocked.Yes, the prices are a bit higher than outside of this are. But, that's not unheard of. This area is very much a tourist destination, and prices are reflected in that. Just be aware going in.They are also open on some statutory holidays (today, Labour Day), so there is a convenience in that.If you are in the area, and need groceries, don't hesitate to pay a visit here.By the way, check all my Google reviews. Over 10,000,000 on my photos.

Missed their chance to sell to a waiting crowd of curling fans right across the street for over one week in Jan. When the curling draw ended at supper time (between draws) the fast food section of prepared foods were either closed, closing, or out of most items. People would have been there but we learned early that this store was not open for winter tourists to Port Elgin.

Have applied here five times now and never received a reply, even took in my application by hand, leaves me with the bitter feeling that they will not even interview a person based on their name. Also been in the area for 16 years now and this grocery store has declined so much in quality of fresh food and prices.
