Itsy Bitsy Baby Spa

Brought my baby here for a mommy & me day. Their masseuse did excellent work on me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. During my massage my baby was a little fussy and the staff were so kind to help entertain her so that I could enjoy the rest of my massage. As a first time mom, I truly appreciated that. Shortly after my massage, my baby and I enjoyed hydrotherapy in their tub. It was private and such a special experience together. We will definitely be going back and bringing my husband along too!

This was such a relaxing experience for us. We were greeted as soon as we entered. The space was clean, roomy and filled with baby toys. The massage was nice, but the best part was the hydrotherapy. You get your own tub and privacy. You can shower after. There is only one bathroom but it was very clean. The complimentary refreshments and snacks were disappointing and from very cheap brands. The facilities were clean, the only thing that looked outdated was their change tables. I would definitely recommend and plan to go again.

Had an experience to visit Itsy Bitsy Baby Spa with my family upon a strong recommendation from a friend.I was really delighted with their setup and services available both for the kids and the parents.I wasn't aware, but came to know that their service are covered through insurance benefits under massage therapy. They have only certified staff to take care of babies and their moms.Its a very clean and safe environment with super friendly staff.While my kids were having great fun, we were offered premium Nespresso and light bites, which was such a plus!They also had a lots of free snacks for all ages even free baby food.I definitely will be taking my kids back and strongly recommend this place !

I have been there twice so far. Excellent service and experience. Massage was great! My son loves it! Highly recommended place for babies :)

We went as a family. Our daughter is only 3 months old , she definitely enjoyed the massage and the hydrotherapy too. I definitely recommend booking their services. Such a enjoyable experience.

It was fine but not worth it for the money. I could have brought my baby to the local pool for $5. It was $105 for a 25 minute massage and hydrotherapy. It was a rip off. False advertising. I also got a receipt saying I received a 55 minute massage but I only got a 25 minute massage. They say 55 minute massage + hydrotherapy but that time is 25 minute massage and 30 minute hydrotherapy. The way they have it phrased makes it looks like you’re getting 55 minute massage and hydrotherapy afterwards…. I’m not impressed. I wouldn’t have done it if I knew it was only a 25 minute massage for that much money.

The best experience you can offer an infant hands down. I went today with my 6 month old after reading all the reviews I was sold, but a little sceptical. However upon arrival I was greeted and felt super comfortable. My son loved the massage but the hydrotherapy was a vibe!We do have coverage for this with our benefits but would definitely pay out of pocket for this experience. 10/10 highly recommend!!!!!!!!Thank you itsybitsy for your care and professionalism. I have no idea how this place gets the reviews that they have. I’d give 0 stars if possible.First of all, the atmosphere is the least spa-like I’ve ever seen. The ‘massage room’ isn’t sound proofed so if there are other families there you can surely hear them. The expectation is that mom gets a massage while baby plays on their own. I’m not sure what baby would be contented to play independently in a strange setting, mine surely wasn’t. My massage couldn’t even be done because there’s absolutely no child minding and I could hear my baby crying for me while on the table.I have doubts the masseuse was an RMT but I can’t say for certain because my treatment lasted all of 2 minutes. Then came time for the baby massage. I was charged for a 55 minute massage for my baby when it was 20 minutes max.Hydrotherapy? It’s a hot tub. While I’ll give them credit the floats the baby uses are good and they put toys in the hot tub, I could have stayed home and enjoyed my own hot tub.I would absolutely NOT recommend this experience to anyone. Guys, if you’re looking to surprise your wife and baby just send her to an actual spa and go for a swim at your local community center.

Great spa for kids and babies. It's essentially an indoor hot tub with some toys. Good way to have some indoor fun in the winter while promoting relaxation. I booked last minute and got the last spot for the day. Kids enjoyed the massage with Mandeep. They enjoyed that they could be together in the hot tub. There is a shower on site so they can rinse after and separate room for changing. One family is allowed at a time so it's nice to have the space to ourselves.Compared to another spa ive been i think the service could be slightly better, however, There was only one person on site so I can see the challenge over there. Also, if there was a ramp outside and automatic door it would be easier to enter and leave the place.

Took my 15 week old for the first time. She had a great time! Mandeep was excellent with her and very pleasant to deal with. The massage and hydrotherapy were both great and the space they have for kids was nice too. We will definitely be back.I’m a little confused about the insurance because some reviews state that it’s direct billing but we were told no. So we paid and then had to submit it.
