Ordered from here on SkipTheDishes. Before tonight I thought it would be impossible for a late night drunk meal to be disappointing and unsatisfying, but I was wrong. The chow mein consisted of plain noodles with a topping here and there. Sweet and sour pork and other dishes were similarly disappointing. I’m astonished that this restaurant has an above average rating.

A visiting friend wanted to try Canadianized" Chinese food so I found this place. It says there is dine-in but when we got there the staff really pushed hard for us to do take out

Expensive dishes for what you get Canadian style Chinese food. Chicken balls were ok.

I requested for a substitute of lemon chicken instead of chicken fried rice (for combo) over the phone. The guy ( I think he’s the owner) said “yes” in a second. The food was still hot when delivered to my house via Uber.The sweet and sour pork and also the lemon chicken are amazing. You made me happy. I wish more people are as kind and generous as you are!

Bad experience.1) order took 80+ mins to get to me, the only reason I ordered was because when I cook my own it takes me around that long!2) the $8 pork buns were tiny. The tops were all messed up (they looked like they burst open), they were super sticky as well! They were so sticky they were glued to the paper they come with, they only way to salvage them was by peeling the lower layer off (see attached pictures)3) the General Tso barely had any flavour to it! It was more of a breaded chicken with General Tso after taste, it barely had any sauce on it. It’s a shame because it was nicely breaded but they decided to skimp on the most important part, the sauce!Would not recommend to anyone based on this experience. The portion was big, everything else was either meh or straight up bad (like the pork buns)

I ordered take out for my father in the hospital with a broken hip and they didn't even give a fork or chopsticks or even napkin. The delivery is to the hospital!! He's sitting there alone in his room waiting for a nurse for over 20 minutes while his food gets cold. Unthoughtful customer service

Updating my review to say I’ve been coming here frequently for over a year now and the food and service have consistently been great! The whole family that runs this place have been extremely kind and accommodating like when I wanted to help get some food for elderly people.I’ve also never seen a restaurant owner know so many different customer’s by their names when I came to pick-up a few times. That says a lot when you have that many regulars!Some reviews have been really unfair, this is a good place to get some quick take-out and I’ve never had a bad meal from here.

Wonton soup was top notch! Great place to grab late night eats in Van.

This is our go-to for Chinese food delivery. Our usual orders are various combinations of Singapore vermicelli, pork fried rice, beef broccoli, boneless honey garlic spareribs, wonton soup, and almond chicken. The food is always delicious and we really, really appreciate the very friendly and excellent customer service, which really stands out - especially these days!
