I worked with Rachael Froese [recommended to me by my sister] to find a better mortgage rate than what my previous bank had been offering. She was able to find an interest rate 0.20% lower AND lump in a good amount of our debt into the mortgage (which the previous bank was not offering).Rachael gladly answered my MANY questions throughout the process, was so supportive and really advocated for us as clients. I had an immediate sense of trust that she was going to be able to find me the best deal possible; and she did. She was great to communicate with, whether through text / call / email.
