TERRIBLE Representative.I went yesterday for payday loan and the representative he was guy , very slow and lazy.. I told him my information need to be updated and he said I need to wait since will take time and he served all customers who came after me and when I went up he asked for my ID I gave himy Citizen ship card he said can't accept it I gave the health card he like can't accept it it's expired. I asked why he can't accept my Citizenship card his response was because it's not plastic it's aluminium. So i never heard this my I'd is accepted everywhere. I'm very shocked and I did not get served and waited 30 minutes for for nothing. I DO NOT Recommend to go to this location.
