Noticed I'm not the only one that's had a terrible experience with Suzuki Canada's customer service. Made a post on their Facebook page and they took it down immediately. So figured I would share my experience here. Purchased a new boat last year with a Suzuki outboard motor on it. After about 10 hours, motor was dead in the water. This year, my marina towed it over to an authorized dealer for warranty work and submitted all their information on June 30th for approval. 13 days later, absolutely no response. My wife sent an e-mail (that still hasnt' been responded to after two weeks). I then sent another follow up (also - no response). Then the only thing I'm told is to send an e-mail to customer service (which we already did). Called in about 15 times over the course of the week, and now their voicemails aren't taking any more messages. I then escalated and left a voicemail to head of Suzuki Canada, no response, then I left a note to (head of their warranty services, no response). Suzuki on facebook messaged me and said they'll escalate and finally my dealer said that the order was approved. So - with the absolute abysmal experience i've been having this summer renting a cottage and paying for a slip that's been unused now for 2 months, I decided to follow up and ask for a tracking number for the part, still no response. I am absolutely convinced they have a non-existent customer service department for their marine products/offerings. #shouldhaveboughtayamaha

Drive it until something breaks so we know what to fix should be their motto. They will not honour waranty knowing there is a long documented history of faults. Very poor customer service. I Cannot say more negative about this company.After speaking to the president of the company himself, still no resolution.Why would anyone speak to your customer service?

I have 2012 Suzuki sx4. All these years no major issues. Typical oil change and brake and tires stuff. Great reliability AWD in Prairie winters. I hope they come back selling these nice built vehicles in Canada.

My new Suzuki Outboard's 20 hr service light came on after 3hrs! The motor stutters and tach wavers! I cannot get any response from Suzuki Canada customer service after two emails. The dealer says reset the service light and change the oil at the end of the season" !!!"

Suzuki atv's. DO NOT PURCHASE.Suzuki offers NO customer service whatsoever. I have contacted their customer service department" which appears to be one person named Paula by telephone 6 times. They will not contact you. If you have a suzuki and it breaks down good luck getting repairs as no parts in Nort America. Also the wiring and rubber covered lines contain soy. Rodents now chewing th wiring cause electrical harzards and fires! Someone will be killed or injured and Suzuki under the leadership of Bill "I don't know whats happening in my company" Porter can't be located."

My frame is cracked on my 2015 king quad I brought it to the dealer its been over three weeks Suzuiki has still not sent out someone to see if it will be covered under warrantee. Its cracked due to stress fractures or also know as spider cracking.

Terrible customer service. I emailed Suzuki customer service to discuss a complete engine failure of my 2018 DRZ400S, which was discovered by a local service center at 16,xxx km on the odometer.I asked if I could purchase a new motor from Suzuki directly, and options for pricing. Their response: this is not warranty
