Building a custom home was challenging, but we were happy with what LuxuryPro Homes can delivered. We are satisfied with their workmanship.Sukh is awesome, he is very responsive and get things solved quickly.Then only issue we had is when the subtrade came in to fix some deficiency, they damaged other trades' work.Overall they are nice people to work with.

From start to finish service was outstanding, the site supervisor(Randeep) always assured he will give us a home better the the competitors out there and that he did. We really appreciated that he did not hesitate to give us suggestions that could possibly make his job harder but still gave us his feed back, Bravo team Lux,Thank you

We puchased one of their spec homes. Quality of the home has been very good (moreso than other builders we have purchased from). Their service has been very good and they have been very accommodating with any deficiencies. The only issues we had were at move in with the subtrades that were brought in. Since then LuxuryPro has been very professional and considerate.

My wife and I recently moved into our new home which together with Luxury Pro Homes we designed to our specifications and they built the home of our dreams.During the process Gagan sold both our homes and was very professional and we were successful in all aspects to the day we moved in two months ago.There were hiccups along the way but with COVID and the supply shortage around the world was understandable.Yesterday was the big day to install the hottub we had purchased and we originallyhad included pouring a concretePad and providing a 60 Amp service with Luxury Pro Homes.My wife and I paid extra for these products and services and thought the 60 Amp Service included the wiring with the extra 20 ft of desired size wiring but Luxury Pro Homes indicated the contract was rough in only.Gagan was a champion and decided to get his trades out there to meet the immediate needs with the install people from the spa company yesterday and He personally was with us during the Installation of the Tub was truly excellent .Sikh, Randeep and many of his sub trades are extremely professional and try to keep the construction area as clean As possible.I must say throughout this process Luxury Pro Homes ,THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE and we would build another with this company.Thank You

While building the communication was very poor, the quality of installation was poor but they did deliver and fix the poor installation. However; once we took possession and wanted the expected deficiencies fixed they failed to deliver. They would never get back to me, lost track of what needs to be done and overall did not live up to an expected professional standard you would hope to expect from a builder. Too many shortcuts and a lack of organization.

We decided that we wanted to build our family home back in 2019. We knew the area that we wanted to live in but we didn’t know which builder we wanted to build with. We looked around at several builders in the area and we didn’t find anything that really stood out in terms of design, quality, and cost until we discovered Luxury Pro Homes. Their show home stood out compared to all of the others and we couldn’t believe all of the standard features they included that EVERY other builder charged you for as an “upgrade”. The sales staff was also incredibly knowledgable and friendly and in the end we decided to build with them. Throughout the designing and building process, Luxury Pro was easy to work with. They kept us updated on every part of the build and answered promptly when we had questions for them. We built right at the beginning of Covid so there were a few issues that came up (supply and tradesmen) but they were quick to find solutions to help solve all of those issues. All of the staff was super caring and we could tell they cared how our house was being built. We have now been in our house for 2 years and we absolutely love it! We would definitely recommend Luxury Pro Homes!

Beautiful showhome!

My wife and I have been looking tirelessly for a builder to construct a home for us and our 5 month old daughter. When my wife and I stumbled upon luxury pro , we were quite impressed with the value and service. However, after a week of dealing with their poor management and seeing their build quality, that quickly changed.The price of our proposed build changed 3 times (it went up significantly each time) and when questioned, we were met with very vague answers and no precise price breakdown. We were told ‘that’s just the Alberta market right now’ with some convoluted, unclear explanations. Not only that, but they were always extremely late in response time, very rude and lacked basic professionalism.Upon a walk through of the home, the build quality was revealed to be quite poor. Extremely messy, disorganized job site. The walls in the hallways on the 2nd floor were built on a slant, the window frames were all cracked and switches were uneven or crooked. And they were unwilling to fix these issues.They took my wife and I for a ride for over a week and this whole experience left an extremely sour taste in our mouths. There is a reason they are a small builder with a relatively unknown reputation. And I can assure you this review will be met with all kinds of excuses and lies - don’t believe a word.I urge anyone wanting to spend their hard earned money on a builder to avoid these guys at ALL costs. There are many far superior builders in this city that won’t try to take advantage of you and with much higher quality builds.
