Kids Foot Locker

Shoutout to Grace, Fillip and Terry, they are such nice people! As soon as I walked they greeted me with kindness and asked immediately if I needed help for something. As I have been looking for a particular shoe for months they throughly looked through and gifted my desired size. They are just workers but they are really nice people to just talk to. Hope I see them working again!

The staff were very helpful and patient. Found a shoe that fit and reasonable prices. Listened to what we needed and you could hear because the music was at a reasonable level!

I stepped in to the store a few times, and it was a bad experience. The manager terry there was not polite, and was not welcoming at all to me and to other customers. He was not greeting me the way I am greeted at other locations. I was rushed and took a while to be helped, because it seems like he is always on his phone whenever i try to shop at this location. i witnessed him not treating the associates well, and as a customer i felt very uncomfortable to continue shopping there. I feel sorry for the associates who have experienced that. I am very unsatisfied and will not be returning to this store

The staff is very rude it’s busy I understand. But be patient especially with kids there the ones there to shop. Not happy with the customers and the service.

Was there today and one of the employee said the pair was available. Then after 5minutes the “manager” Penny showed up and said its not available anymore and she cant sell it to me. Her excuse is that the employee is new lol, this is around 7pm and almost closing. A quick 5minute meeting before everyone starts the day would’ve been productive. She should have informed all employees and instructed the new hire and keep everyone well informed. Another quick 2 minute meeting in the afternoon would’ve been useful for those employees that just showed up in the store, rather trying to explain herself to me and excuse her new employee for 20minutes lol. Lack of experience from Penny and poor management. She is definitely not fit for management and can’t manage a small busy store specially in metrotown. The employee is new and thats ok, but its the management’s job to make sure they are up to date. Not unless she is holding the pair for some reseller friend and refused to sell me the pair. Regardless, Penny definitely needs more training herself not so many reseller backdoor friends.

Cut to the chase, I was asking the staff members for extra pairs of the shoe in same size cause I want to compare and purchase the shoe without too many flaws from factory. I was instantly seen as one of those annoying customers and their attitude was beyond bad. Keep in mind the whole time I was in a good mood without talking back and being nice about it. The staff, who is a taller white gentlemen began to question my intentions of comparing the shoes. I explained but he insisted on saying all Nike shoes come with flaws. Excellent customer service! I would like to say thank to Katherine who really helped me fine the perfect shoe. I have very weird shoe size which takes long time to find a right shoes & size. She was very kind and informative!

Really Terrible customer service, the staff aren’t friendly to kids or adults, and they’d rather pretend to fold shirts in a corner than help you find shoes. I wouldn’t go back there, and there’s other options in the mall.

My kids love it here. Good sales and fair prices. Staff is awesome

First of all there are no sizes or stock for any shoe, so call before you go if you’re looking for something. Customer service is terrible, they don’t help you find sizes or look in other locations, and they don’t offer any suggestions or alternatives. Also considering they work at a children’s store, they should know how the sizes work. If you ask them what size is equivalent to which age range they have no clue and don’t even try to give you an answer. Very disappointed after leaving the store today.
